They don't cover anything that you need them to. Major appliances if they completely quit working. Didn't cover ice maker, water dispenser, bathroom faucet in shower. Just ridiculous.

They deny benefits that are in their contracts, I experienced that with my shower repair, had to call them at least 5 times before a manager finally realized that his employees were denying a repair that is very well described in their contract

Awful!!!!! Do NOT use this warranty company. They are liars, con artists and scammers. They promise to fix and/or replace your appliances, etc but always make up a way to deny your claim. Absolute worst home warranty company I've EVER worked with.

The website is very misleading and there are too many exclusions in the fine print. The website says that you cover hot waters but you only cover a portion of the hot water heater. My daughter's hot water heater failed and they would not cover.
