Technician told me the pay out of pocket directly to him for an OEM motor and thermostat. I paid him $260 as he mentioned that the motor you would approved won't come for 2-3 weeks and won't be a good quality OEM.

Customer service is terrible. Most home issues are an emergency but when dealing with Choice, expect anything to be an issue for at least a week or so. No heat, AC, or electric when you need it.
