Took 9 weeks to get a water heater replaced. The new water heater didn't work adding 2 more weeks. Choice assigns a random time to a provider who can't make the time and I'm left with a delegation. now Choice can't find workers so they ask me to find someone to fix yhe problem after that person takes photos etc. Not wha I signed up for.

Have called for repairs 3 times. Got tired of waiting for them to do there job and cancelled my service requests. Each time has taken over 4 days to get a service person to come do the requested repair. Company claims they cannot find repair person in my area. Who's fault is that?

they don't concern themselves with service, just collect warrantee $s ... need emergency service they don't do that u get next service provider on their list no matter if its a day or a week. they do let u change, assign another which takes job even further in future. have a pipe with small leak (from water heater) won't fix till it bursts!
