Kind of disappointed with them. They need to be more detailed with what they cover and why they don’t cover some things. They sent me a technician but the technician told me they don’t cover the thing.

They lied and are scamming people, sent a tech who claimed a part was missing off my a/c so they could deny the claim. Proved the part wasn't missing and they still denied the claim after PROMISING they would cover my a/c if ANYTHING happened.

Filed a claim yesterday and the technician did not show up. Called the technician and he refused to accept the job because it was too far to drive. So I refiled the claim and have yet to here from choice warranty.

Chose them for the price. Recently I was having a difficult time getting ahold of somebody. When I did get ahold of somebody, they said they were too busy to get somebody to come out and look at the problem. I looked at the problem and was able to determine what the problem was and I fixed it. Now they won't pay me back now.

When I needed help, you did not help me. My AC went out on a Thursday afternoon, I live in Texas, and you couldn’t get anyone here until the following Monday, which was 3 days. I have respiratory issues. The declined when I found somebody to come out and fix it. The warranty it is big scam.

You cannot get a hold of anybody, I blame it on covid, and even with an email it takes 2 to 3 days to get a response. I didn’t have my AC while I was waiting and then my hot water tank was not working and I had to go 3 to 4 days without hot water. I have already cancelled my warranty plan.

Had a hot water heater replaced recently and I was charged an additional $260 on top of the $60 service call. A month later, the hot water heater stops working. Call choice home Warenty and I am charged $60 AGAIN for a mistake the company that installed the hot water heater made.

Very unsatisfied with how many times they have denied my claims and I have to dispute the issue. I get told things will be covered only to find out after paying the trade call fee that they are not going to fix the item. Not what I expected when I signed up.
