I'm not very happy with Choice Home Warranty. I needed to use my warranty a few weeks ago. It took about three weeks for them to get an approval, and they blamed the technician for not writing down an approval number which is all done electronically. Their customer service is horrible. I won't be renewing with them.

They are happy to take your money, but they refuse to fix much of anything and if they do, you‚Äôve then maxed out your coverage. I‚Äôve had two claims that I paid the repair guy to come address and they refuse to even respond to my request.

I am very dissatisfied with Choice Home Warranty. I called them with a claim and they never submitted it to be fixed. I called them and they finally sent someone out to fix it but it's been two weeks and the part hasn't been replaced yet.
