One time I had to use my warranty to get an A/C guy because my compressor went out. They could not find anybody and they waited two days later to tell me they couldn't find anyone and so I had to find someone. They still charged $75 but they just deducted it from my bill. Well, they deducted the $75, but my bill ended up being like $400 and something. They were hard to contact and it wasn't like they were mean. They were just repeating everything I would say. So it wasn't helpful.
