I'd rather sit in the dentist's chair and have all my teeth pulled out with no in the station and file with your people again. Last year I did my pool and the guy used equipment under power to get it fixed and I had to pay six hundred dollars out of pocket.

I paid $1,800 for a premium warranty package...never collected a dime since purchased...have a refrigerator that has not worked since May 8th. Unable to by groceries for my family. Having to eat out every meal during this Coronavirus Quarantining. Exposing my children to this virus because CHW can’t successfully repair my appliance.

I have been dealing with terrible customer service on this recent service that will require in-depth service since the beginning of May 12th. I’m not getting any answers as to when this issue will be resolved. I feel like I have been getting the run around around, and will be reaching out to better business bureau’s help.

They didn't cover water heaters but yet they say water heaters are covered on their website. And then when mine busted in May, they didn't cover it so that was very disappointing when we paid three years in advance. It's not reliable.
