We’ve been without air-conditioning three weeks because Choice said they couldn’t find a part. Their service are really bad. You call and can’t even reach a person and they don’t return emails. I had a quote manager taking care of my case because of the issues. I am sure they have some good parts, I just have no idea what they are.

Their promises are very big and they are not good. They never look at it from the customer’s angle, they just want to save their own money. Even after explaining thing, they did no send the proper, well-equipped technicians to my house and after all the different loss, instead of helping me out, they are kicking me out.
