To even be considered in this category is utterly ridiculous. Have you even looked at their twitter feed???? They are liars, dishonest, unscrupulous and downright predatory. They deny any claim by putting words in the mouths of their contractors. I would not renew with them for fee.

I liked the price and their reviews were better than the alternative. I had the alternative for over five years, no issue until you file a claim, just like Choice. Once you file a claim everything changes, slow rolling and canned responses. Not amazing!

I submitted three claims and the only one it’s taken care of. The other two I never heard from them. I called them and I had to get my own person to repair my issues. I would never recommend this company. And I have to deal with them for nothing for the half years. I’m ready to call. Better business bureau.

It took them 2 1/2 weeks to fix my HVAC in the heat of a southern summer. The repair lasted 6 days and HVAC quit again. I had to pay the co-pay again even though it was less than a week from the initial repair. The only good thing was it only took 4 days to get the repair the 2nd time around.

Choice decided I need a new unit. I got an offer for Lowe’s gift card ! I accepted since I didn’t get any other options. Then, it said card arrives in 30 days. I called customer service to ask Why 30 days ? Why only Lowe’s? Why not another option They said I’ll get a call back I never did !!! Not amazing

I would not recommend them in any capacity. They are shady and lie. They blame other people and then ask you to write reviews and say, "we work together so you can put both of our names down" yet neither of the people fixed my busted pipes. I am disgusted with their lack of integrity.

They didn't fix our broken appliance and they're very difficult to deal with. There was no one to talk to and then when you did talk to them they refused to answer your questions. Basically they were a terrible company. I think they're a scam.

What they tell you to sell you you find isn’t true if you have an issue. Most things aren’t covered. Took over a month to get my fridge repaired and still had to pay some out of pocket for uncovered parts. Dont waste your money, time and frustration!

It’s been almost a month and I am still trying to get my microwave fixed. If you ask for a supervisor they always come up with an excuse and tell you the supervisor will tell you the same thing. Meanwhile I haven’t had not one successful conversation with any of the reps. I’m considering changing companies.

I had a A/C problem during the worst time... I had to contact choice. Because they made me wait more that 2 days to respond we had to take matters in our own hand.. I called a local tech to repair our unit. Sad but if you have a real problem, you may need to make another choice. That what Choice means. Make another.
