My stove wasn't working and it took 3 1/2 weeks to get somebody out there, so that wasn't good. When my toilet was leaking they wouldn't cover anything. I had to pay the guy out of pocket. My experience hasn't been great.

We've been trying to get our air conditioner fixed for two weeks and it's still not scheduled to be fixed. They don't have enough vendors working for them and they make it so difficult that independent contractors will use or can't work with them.

The idea of a home warranty is amazing, I think I need to find a different company. The process with this company is long, confusing and not customer friendly. Claims are hard to get approved and once they are approved, receiving reimbursement takes over a month to receive.

When I bought the Choice Home Warranty contract, I was told that my Ty. Was covered if anything went wrong. The technician came out and looked at the issue and the technician nor choice warranty followed up. I called many times and later received an email stating the On/Off switch is not covered. Thus is ridiculous!

The ability to work with the technician. They ask questions that can't be answered for sure. When the tech uses more fluid to fix the problem, Choice won't modify the quote and pay the difference.

Not a good experience for a brand new customer, signed up for a long contract and when i called the first time for my water heater issue, no one even get back on me so i have to get an outside contractor to fix my water heater. I will never refer anyone to use your company unless you address your issues now.

They always found a loophole in the contract to charge you more for repairs. My A/C condenser went out and should have been fully covered. They told me that my deductible was $2,000.00. Found out from the service company that installed the new condenser that the total cost of the repair was $2,400.00. So why was my part so high? Rip off..

I said I need a new icemaker he said yes comes back a week later or longer and replaces a valve icemaker still not working texted the guy said it’s still not working he said he’d order an ice maker 3 weeks still no ice maker!!!

My hotwater heater went out. They agreed to replace it, but wanted to charge amount $1,400 for the install. Nothing special!!! Found a licensed plumber to install a better heater unit, ( heater included) outside of warranty for $1,100. WHAT IS THE POINT OF INSURANCE WHEN IT IS CHEAPER AND BETTER WITHOUT IT.
