I filed a claim on 8/24/2023 on my A/C unit. The last contact with anyone was 9/5/2023. It is now 9/12/2023 and still no contact. Each time I have reached out some one is supposed to get back with me in "24 hours". Each time "I" have follow up as they dont......so far I'm not impressed.

It's a horrible company, They get people that are not qualified to form services. They Jaylee offer full replacement, but only offered me half of what a washer would cost. Had no hot water for over four Months due to personnel they offer to perform services.

It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting on them to replace my water heater. And instead of just the $75 fee I also have to pay for “unauthorized expenses” without a list of what it includes at the cost of an extra $200. The repairman says it’s $300 so I don’t even know when I’ll get my replacement or how much extra it will cost.

It took to long to get people out to look at problems. When I signed up the guy told me that since I live in Fl I would have someone out the next day which was a lie. Then the repair people don't fix the problem they want to duct tape or super glue things.

Disappointed!! I am disappointed with CHW: On two occasions (up right freezer and 5-ton AC condenser) They did not replace my high-end appliances with like-value. When I appealed, they said read your contract. I was mis-led by their advertisements. I will not renew with them and certainly would never recommend them

Never received a call from Choice Home Warranty about getting my AC fixed. I finally found my own repair company to fix. They still charged me 75.00 after I did all of the work! Then they still haven’t paid for my reimbursement that I had to front the money for!

They refused to fix a leak on my AC even after they were shown multiple pictures and the leak was verified several different ways. They only want to slap a bandaid on it and go the cheapest route. They were just out 3 months prior for the same issue.

Choice home warranty is terrible. I’ve filed a few claims. 2 of the have not been completed and they have been open since around May and June. They don’t follow up nor check on you to see if you are satisfied. I file 1 claim and they couldn’t find anyone to dispatch for my service so I canceled the claim.

Your customer service agents that handle approvals are the worst people I have ever had to deal with. The 3 minutes you get to speak to them is a joke. I will never recommend Choice Warranty after the way I was treated last year 2022 by your employees over the phone.

Technician said the washer would need to be replaced. Choice approved a 320 dollar Lowe’s gift card but it would take 30 days to receive. We are washing clothes by hand in the meantime. Thanks Choice! I asked customer service if we could possible receive it sooner and the lady snapped back with “we are not an emergency service”.

People have been out here at least 4 times to fix the air conditioning. It just popped the breaker again and won't cool the house even after resetting it. I guess I'll call them again tomorrow and get another guy out here in a few days. I just hope we survive the heat and the multiple deductibles which are adding up..... very disappointing.

I called regarding plumbing leaking in the kitchen sink. It took 6 days for the referral to come. Then 2 days later same issue it took 3 days. Sink floor had molded because of the leakage and the time frame. I was told that my issue was not emergency. They also did not fix the mold situation.
