I was told that my plumber would arrive on the first of the month which has now been pushed back to the fifteenth. Very irritating to have to wait two more weeks for a shower that isn't burning me to death, but hey... what can you do at this point.

Horrible. You didn't even pay for all the cost of my fan when I pay you a monthly fee and an 85 dollar service charge. The fan was 150 and you paid 70. I had to pay the difference. That is not what I expected. Unexceptable.

My washer could not be fixed. So I'm suppose to get 343.00 dollars on a card at Lowe's in 30 days. Takes that long to get the card. So I have to be without a washer for a month because they Don't want to give their money up. By the way, can't get a washer that sheep.

it was going to take 2 weeks to get my air conditioning repaired in 100 degree days in Texas. we are also elders. That was terrible service time. Unacceptable. i would like a refund of balance of my contract. Was called in on June 21, 2024 said would repair on July 5,2024.

Very misleading company. They state they cover a list of things in your home but when you submit a claim they don't approve the claim stating they don't cover it. Very frustrating and not worth paying a monthly fee if your company not going to fix things that you say you cover.

I had a frustrating experience with Home Choice Warranty when my refrigerator wasn't cooling. The technician they sent couldn't do the work because he doesn't work on closed systems and couldn't add Freon. Now I have to wait another week for a different technician. Disappointing service.

I was unhappy with the settlement and canceled the policy after the agreement pay the claim. They refused to process the check. This is Fraud

I've had mixed experiences with their service. While they kept in touch and informed me about my claim, finding a technician for a minor fix has been challenging. They provided financial assistance for a microwave instead of replacing it, and they did replace a dishwasher tray. Overall, communication was good, but I wish repairs were quicker.

It's almost like not having any type of warranty since nothing seems to be covered. I had a pool issue and of course what my issue was, wasn't covered. I was also given back information by TWO and so my repair wasn't covered and my customer service rep was rude. Come renewal, I definitely will not be renewing.

Even though the technician sent by Choice stated that the issue with my dishwasher was due to normal wear and tear , and the policy states Al parts and components covered, Choice denied the claim. I appealed and the specialist denied again despite we provided the technician’s report specifying the fault was due to normal tear and wear.
