They will approve the small incidents. I had 2 large and they found ways ( that made no sense) and denied claim. The contractor would not call back and the mgr was very rude.

They don't pay for everything! They would not replace a broken commode. I also had a micorwave//oven combination in the wall that went bad and they only gave us $650.00 even though the replacement cost was over $3000.00

Once our dishwasher went out and we had to buy a new dishwasher. It was over a thousand dollars and we got exactly two hundred fifty towards our dishwasher. Nobody told us that they prorate stuff. We just had a bad experience with our furnace that just went out and we ended up paying for the furnace even though we have choice warranty insurance.
