Received email when Technician is coming to my home to service my Air, he rescheduled to come out on another day. Technician finally came out, removed part from my Air Condition, gave him $75.00 Service Fee. I was told that he would come back out with part to repair air conditioner. He did not show up after re-scheduling two different times and kept my Service fee. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I had a frustrating experience with my HVAC repair. Choice approved a vendor, but I found concerning reviews about them being untrustworthy. Despite my concerns, they insisted on using their vendor. When I tried to provide my own, they backtracked on their support. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor communication left me very disappointed.

My Furnace went out on Dec 20 2024 and I got the work order but not coming until Dec. 30 2024. I live in Tennessee and we get cold. Choice warranty thinks this is O.K. Thet don't seem to care about my family being without heat in these winter conditions. I have to wait 24 to 48 hours to be able to choose my local repair person.
