I PHONED IN MY DIFFICULTY WITH MY AIR CONDITIONING YESTERDAY. THAT PHONE INTERACTION WENT VERY WELL. I DID NOT EXPECT ANY RESULTS THEN BECAUSE IT WAS JULY 4TH. MY CLAIM NUMBER IS 125337908. I was concerned when my Dacor oven stopped working and Choice couldn’t immediately locate a technician I was pleased they authorized me to find a certified Dacor tech who came to my house and repaired my oven on a Friday evening. Reimbursement process seems simple - waiting for my my check. But super pleased with the speed and efficiency.

My garbage disposal stopped working so. I called Choice Warranty and they were out the next day. They put a new one in and we’re gone in about an hour. They are very friendly and don’t question the problem, just fix it! Look no more for homeowner’s insurance. Choice Warranty is the one you need and want!!

I am a previous customer and I must say that CHW provided great customer service. They were able to send professional technicians out to service my home in the past and those technicians were able to correct the things that needed to be corrected. I have decided to sign up again with CHW and I believe that they will provide amazing service again.

Right now, my experience is very mixed as the pool situation has been going on for over a month and is still not repaired. The last service provider that came out was very good and is waiting for authorization from Choice to do the repairs. Yesterday, I received an update from Choice that made no sense at all. It stated that 1) Choice would be paying only $150 for the repairs. 2) I would be out of pocket $270 for the repairs as they were "over the limit" for the equipment. 3) the repairs were completed when they haven't even started. All of this is not inclusive of the three repairs I initiated and completed myself because Choice couldn't get a qualified service provider to repair the equipment in a timely manner. This is on top of another experience with Choice where they said it was less expensive to replace an over the stove microwave vs. repairing it and paid me $250 to get a new (inferior) microwave but, would not cover any of the additional costs for fitting or installing the microwave. This resulted in an additional $700 out of pocket in order to get something comparable to what I had. At this point in time, I am beginning to wonder why I am paying them as they are not doing what I believe should be done.

The first company CHW assigned my claim to on 8/1/20 went out of business on 7/19 and did not even repair A/C systems. This I discovered after 4 days with no A/C, very little sleep, and the temperatures were in the 90's and not getting any reply to my numerous messages with the "company" to do the work I looked the "company" up on line. After calling CHW and talking to a supervisor and explaining the entire situation the supervisor reassigned my claim to a new company Platinum Heating and Air, their tech was out the next day and had my system up and cooling in no time. Thanks to PHA for their prompt and courteous service as I am a senior citizen, veteran, and disabled no A/C in 90+ weather is very dangerous. Again cudos to Cody from PHA. I would like to suggest that CHW vet their service companys better.

When I called in to schedule a repair, I was treated with respect. I was also told I would only have to pay one fee for both my dishwasher and dryer that needed repairs. They listened to my concerns and repeated what was going on with my appliances.

Since we purchased our warranty with Choice, we have used it a few times and not once, have we had any issues. We liked it so much we bought a 5-year plan. I can call and with an hour have an appointment for someone to come to my house. I will keep Choice as my home warranty.

The customer service representative listened patiently to my explanation of the problem I was having with my heating/cooling system. I was provided with a claim number and told someone would respond within 24 hrs of my claim being made. Due to the health condition of my nephew who stays with me, my A/C being out was a serious situation. CHW responded like it was serious to them also. Thanks.

I have been doing business with this company for a long time. Once you place a claim, a company will usually call you the same day or the next to setup an appointment. They are very efficient in fixing the appliance or with a payout to replace the appliance.

Just signed up and don't have much experience yet but heard good things. I had a small problem with a representative (Gabriel G), I spoke with him briefly about signing up with Choice and agreed to finalize the next day because he isn't in the office. He stated that he will email me his contact information (direct line) for me to call during my break time at work but that is not the case I wasn't able to speak with him the next day and they patch me to his line and left a message but never heard from him. Finally I signed up with another representative.

Every time one of our appliances breaks down Choice Home Warranty has a service man out here to fix the problem within 24 to 72 hours. The warranty pays for itself, the service is great, and it is a relief to know that it is a warranty company that stands behind it's promise. We already have a friend that signed up with Choice.

Because of Ms. Donique I am able to get the service I am paying for. I appreciate her patience with me because I was past upset. She remained professional and assisted me. People with CHW are polite and were very helpful. The repair company was very good and they came and replaced my water heater as soon as the water heat came in, The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is the time it took for the repair company to get the part.

It took 2 weeks to get the service man to our home. He seemed knowledgeable about the washer. The washer was too expensive to repair the serviceman explained. The financial amount offered I rejected because (the offer was $299 on our $900 + tax washer). I had to jump through hoops (wasting time ) to speak to your representative. Finally Choice gave me $200 more. I still will be required to pay out another $500. I originally signed a contract with Choice for several years of service ($1700) and have about 2 years left. I'm not sure if I will resign a new contract with Choice or move on to another company. When I bought the contract the salesman said that Choice is always very fair! I know my comments aren't what you want to read but they are the truth. Bob Benzing

The gentleman who came found the problem one with my water heater and the other my dryer.They repaired both and saved me from having to buy new ones.Having this warranty is one of the best things I ever did.

Repair request for a our garage door opener was made on Fri., July 17, and we had a technician out the following Mon. He arrived as scheduled and determined that the opener could not be repaired, so a new unit will be installed today, July 21. Could not ask for better service or response. WE are extremely pleased. I can only write a review regarding my initial contact with your agent in response to an inquiry I initiated. The agent was well scripted and as they say in this type of business always "closing the deal" which I found to be quite annoying. I indicated that I had just started my search but he was well trained and was "always closing the deal". He did offer some incentives which made "closing the deal" more attractive for me but I was not impressed with the push to "close the deal" While I did feel a tinge of pressure, (I almost just hung up twice because of it) I ultimately I made the decision to make the purchase because I have 30 days to review the policy while I consider other products in the marketplace. Thus far, on further examination, you do seem to have very good customer reviews so there is a sense of relief that I did make the right choice. Hopefully, I will never need to make a call but if I do I hope you deliver all that your agent promised. Time will tell.

Leo was a very nice guy but he insisted on trying to sell me a 3 year policy to keep the price at the same rate. When I told him that we couldn't afford it, he tried several times with different approaches to get me to agree. I didn't like it at all, when I say no, I like people to respect my answer and let it go. He was getting me a little bit upset but I kept it together and continued to be nice to him and finished getting the house insirance for the appliances.

I have been trying for weeks to get my water heater fixed. I’ve had far too many cold showers. It took 3 or 4 weeks and several phone calls to get an appointment with a plumber and then he didn’t show. After a couple of weeks and more phone calls I got a second appointment. He didn’t show this time either. And since I was out of town I had to pay someone to go to my house and wait for him. All and all it’s been a couple of months and my water heater still hasn’t been fixed. Y’all must not have any follow up procedures at all because you have not bothered to check with me. I have to call you. I am trying to sell my house and no hot water is a distinct disadvantage.

Choice was very responsive online, but long waits for live contacts. I suspect that is common with the Pandemic. Once i got through to them they were very helpful. Had to replace a washing machine and i would say they were very fair in the settlement . I was actually surprised that they made the settlement process painless.

They are very prompt at getting on a request for service. The communication is also pretty fast. However, the communication you receive back is sometimes contrary to what is actually going on with the project. I know that they are in the business to make money, however there is more fine print in the contract on things that they don't cover than of things that they do cover.

I wasn't sure my AC problem would be covered. The agent I talked to found a way for me to submit my claim. The tech that came wasn't able to use the website to submit the estimate so he fi ed it and then kept Trying to get the info in. He couldn't. After he left and I card you the agent was so nice and helpful. He made it possible for may AC to be covered.

I was approved for an outside vendor to repair my AC unit. They came promptly. And perform the services for diagnostics and repair at a very reasonable rate. I was given an opportunity to send in for reimbursement And of the $300 (Dx visit, compressor capacitor, condensing fan capacitor and labor for repair) fee choice home warranty is electing to only reimburse $165.00. No explaination and written in a way like they are doing me a favor.

Not. Sure yet since we just signed up. We appreciate the rates we were given and the discounts. However, the man pressured Way too hard on the five year plan and paying all up front even though it was to be paid for the next 3 months. Just could not pay 2,000 in the next 3 months. He kept pressuring me until I almost hung up on him and did nothing at all. We will see how it goes from here on out

the technician thot came out said I need a new coil for my AC choice did not authorize the coil to be replaced technician was required to put a stop leak product in it worked temporarily , I called in for service again and again the technician is required to do another leak test. in the mean time my AC can not keep up with the temperature outside I purchased a 5 year warranty and so far its a 50/50 on getting things taken care of. we’ll see if the technician gets the ok this time to replace the coil thst needs to be replaced or if he will be required to try an rig it to keep it working ridiculous

He was knowledgeable, explained everything he did or looked at, and also explained recommendations regarding my AC. He was also on time, and called to let me know he was on his way to insure I was prepared for him to be there. As far as billing, was not sure what you wanted, but I pay $60.00 for service fee, and so far, any time I have used the Choice Warranty service, I have not had to pay any more than the $60.00
