Horrible customer service and you guys will not fix anything. I will never recommend Choice Home Warranty they make you jump through hoops and only fix the minor things. Then when you try to cancel your five-year contract, they want to charge you for every dime they’ve spent at your house so you do not get any money back, they are a scam.

I have been waiting 2 months to get my oven fixed. Still not fixed. Also I am waiting on a refund for the premium I have paid for coverage on my hot tub. They have neither refunded nor changed my monthly fee because my tub is above ground which they knew when I added the coverage.

I would never buy a home warranty from them again. I had a plumbing issue and had no working toilets or sinks or showers and they denied my claim after sending 2 technicians who could not fix the problem. I had to call my own plumber who took less than an hour to resolve the issue.

I did not like that. You gave me an appointment between the hours of 1 and 5 PM with Sears and they never showed up. I called you during the day to check on my appointment and you told me it was still ago. I have not heard from you or Sears on this, I actually had to pay an air conditioner man to come to my house and fix it

I paid for 6 years of coverage and didn’t save anything other than to protect against inflation. They are not even licensed in California!!! My refrigerator has been Brocken for over a month now and choice screwed up the paperwork every chance they got. I am really thinking of canceling and would not recommend this company.

My last claim took a month for them to send out a plumber to unclog a drain. I then told Choice Home Warranty I had to hire my own plumber to cancel the claim and they still dispatched a serviceman. I wish I could get my money back.

Had a tech out 4 times choice said they sent over to sears to order part! Sears never got request! On phone more than 5 hrs of my time over 3 weeks trying to get my stove fixed. Mind you I just got the warranty plan for 3 yrs and this is how the first claim went

Between the outsourcing and persons not understanding you, the appointments getting set with the wrong vendors for the issue and the fact that you have to inform them, and the uninformed supervisors who try to sideways talk you when you aren't simple, they make it difficult to get things done.

Very disappointed in service. The technician was sent to repair a light in my refrigerator . I paid him the $65.00 fee and he told me he had to order the part. I then received a letter telling me that the light is not covered under my policy. Why did your company send a rep and charge me service fee for a service that was not covered?
