I had a frustrating experience with my contractor. My old air conditioner needed replacing, but they refused to do it, leading to a hefty cost for me. Additionally, they failed to fix the problem I initially hired them for, and I ended up being charged for their lack of service. I would not recommend them.

CHW absolutely sucks. My a/c went out. They never told me that I would have to pay almost 5k to have it replaced, when I signed up , they told me that all I would have to pay is the service charge. $75. Stay away from these crooks

I’m very disappointed that my ceiling fan was not completely covered. The electrician was great, but I would not recommend Choice home warranty to any of my clients. First American would’ve covered the whole Ceiling Fan. I’m still waiting for my $250 which I have not received yet.

I have only used my warranty twice in a year. I recently had a problem with my dishwasher. CHW elected to not fix it. They only offered me a LOWES gift card for $272. There are no dishwashers less than $ 400 @ Lowes... What a rip. I'll be changing Home Warranty companies when this expires.

Dishonest behavior by some agents uncalled for. Be aware they only listened to what they want when you call to request to cancel a police due to house sale. They prefer to keep charging your credit card instead of actually canceling when you request. Never again

This is the first time I used my warranty. It was a long, bureaucratic process that took 3 trips by three Sears Appliance Repairman, with two no-shows. I needed to take a minimum total of 20 hours vacation time (5 appointments with 4 hours of waiting time).

I am extremely dissatisfied with their services. Switching to another company. Had to wait 5 days in Florida's 104 degrees 😫 heat for technician to come and inspect a/c unit. Had to wait 30 days for Lowes gift card to arrive for microwave to be partially fixed. Unacceptable

Rather than pay going plumbing rates they've left me to arrange my own contractor and did so without fully sharing an ELABORATE process the contractor has to do for you. Now I'm stuck with this selevtion and he isn't very internet savvy. Very poor option and deceptive presentation.

Choice Home Warranty.....You hardly ever talk to a rep they want you to do everything online. Most of the time from the time you submit a ticket until it gets assigned is taking over a week. Over two weeks for Air conditioner in the middle of summer. Three weeks just to get my cloths washer fixed.

Twice Choice sent servicemen out to fix my range. Twice the serviceman stated that they would order parts. Twice when I call to verify if the parts were approved Choice states the servicemen closed the tickets as being successfully repaired.? And I had to pay $85 each time.
