Our hot water heater went out and they didn't cover it. So I had to buy a new one. I also had a faucet that was bad and they wouldn't cover that. They have too many options to get out of covering what you need done.

People they send out provide really poor service. They also have poor customer service skills. I had a problem getting someone out in a timely manner and I had to request to speak with a supervisor and I have yet to receive a call back. I will not be renewing my contract.

They sound like robots when you talk to them and just repeat the same thing over and over and they cannot help you. They said they covered hot water heaters and mine had a leak due to normal wear and tear and they told me they don't over my water heater because of the storage unit. I've actually tried to use it twice for my home in Alabama. I haven't used Choice because of the availability of the vendors in the area. It was a bad choice to actually get a policy for that part of Alabama because it's not been a great experience.

They don't help you out. My AC broke and they refused to fix it because they were saying it was a prior existing condition when it was not so they refused to fix it. They have no customer service experience because they talk to you like you're a moron. I will never choose them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

I thought it was a good company when we decided to get them but I will be definitely canceling my contract as soon as it comes again. They didn't follow through with trying to do anything for me. I had to replace my air conditioning unit because it was a fire hazard and then they said there was nothing they could do for me.

Absolutely would never use them again. I've had nothing but bad luck with these people. I am still waiting for them to send me a check for my AC unit and I still haven't head back from them. One time I told them exactly what was wrong they typed in something that was totally the opposite in the work order.
