Pretty much hassle free. After starting my appliance repair claim online it took a few hours to have a local repair company assigned. However, I don't believe they vet the company's in their selection pool. The company I was assigned had a 3-star rating. However, the scheduler kept me in the loop every step of the way. They even have a technician tracking feature attached to the text message, which I thought as a customer was excellent. My repair requires parts to be ordered which Choice sent me a text about. A second appointment is required

Choice is great with prompt service tech response and I've appreciated the good technicians that arrive. I know having Choice warranty has saved me money on service calls and the hasle of getting someone to come promptly. Things get fixed very quickly. Most techs have repaired my problems not replaced. However, when a major system has failed Choice has not offer a decent amount of money to replace. I recieved no funds when a 12 yr old AC unit wore out (as rust on coil is the usual AC quoted reason even thought he compressor was on it's way out.) My refrigerator is wearing out and I've been given $500 towards replacing $4,000 fridge. I'm now waiting to hear outcome on my next AC problem. One Compressor is only 7 yrs old and on the way out. Choice is great as repairing rather than replacing is important, and as long as you don't expect a big lump sum pay out for one large item. If you have lots of small problems over a long period of time you'll eventually get your moneys worth.

The technician came out the next day after submitting the claim. We waited four days till we heard back that our claim was approved. Unfortunately the weekend was in those four days. We are looking forward to getting our Central Air Conditioning back on. It has been in the 90’s in Northeast Tennessee.

When we returned to our house after being gone for three weeks we found that we were without air conditioning. We called Choice Home Warranty and a technician came the next day. He had to order a part and so it was fixed within a couple of days.

The contractor arrived within his 4 hour window and was quickly able to assess the problems. The next day we received approval form CHW to do the work. It couldn't have been easier.

I was able to submit a repair request via my website account. It generated a computer response with the procedure that was to follow. I received a appointment within 12 hours. The technician came out and examine the system and found the problem right away. It took him about an hour to fix the problem. Very simple and easy!

I enjoy having Choice Home Warranty. Not long ago I purchased my current home. I didn't get a home inspection. There has been the air conditioning system that went out that saved me at least $3000 and we are finding little things like outlets and receptacles going bad but Choice Home Warranty has gone above and beyond to repair our home.

The company is responsive to inquiring emails and phone calls, but it took over 14 days to get a technician to my home to fix the air conditioner. This was during the hottest days on record (117degrees). Recognizing this is a very busy time of year, but why is it most of the air conditioning companies I contacted myself, don't want to work with home warranty companies because they have to wait too long to get paid and too much paperwork. Thus, the innocent customer becomes the victim of terrible customer service as no technician responds. Fortunately Integrity Air, that finally came out, was fantastic!!!

Choice listen to my problem with a nightmare service call with MP electric group. Mario the owner is a scam he makes money from both the customers and choice home warranty. And does not return to address the problems he leaves behind. My boiler did not work it continued having the same issue, neither did the circuit breakers he claimed to have fixed for a separate charge to me.

I have not gotten any service yet which may push me up to 5 stars. I am at 4 stars now because of the phone system. The automated assistant is not very efficient. When you try to get to a living person the system claims to be transferring you but just puts you back in the same loop which leads back to "automated lady". That is just wrong, if there is no live person available then that is what should be said. The online method is very smooth however. We will see how the service is...

I called Choice Home Warranty because my freezer section in my refrigerator wasn't working. Within 48 hours, a very knowledgeable technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem. We were very happy! My only complaint is that I was told that I would receive a call to schedule the appointment, and I happened to see the email with the appt info, I never received a phone call.

We've used American Home Warranty and Select Home Warranty in the past, and this is by far the best experience.

My only complaint was not about the contractor but in regards to my policy. When I registered my issue I found out that my service call dollar amount had been raised and was not communicated to me

Choice Home Warranty has responded immediately to my service requests over the past two years - one was for a A/C fan issue and the other was that the ice maker in our fridge quit working. The service companies CHW sent also responded quickly and their service was to the point and totally professional.

I'm a new customer to Choice I has my first experience with the service on July 2nd. My contract activated on June 24th. Call was placed for service on June 25th. Contractor was assigned and came as scheduled on July 2nd. My disappointment was being denied service due to newness of contract..while this service has a #1 rating I'm not a Happy Camper at this writing. We'll see how things progress going forward.

Service was requested on a Wednesday morning and scheduled for Friday. It was then canceled and rescheduled for the following Tuesday. After calling and pleading they came out Saturday morning. The motor was replaced but the rollers needed to be replaced and were not covered. This is my first experience with a warranty and I am wondering if every time I call is there going to be a part not covered. Why weren’t the rollers covered if they were worn out?

It was not easy to put in a claim on line the computer had me stuck in a loop until I gave it a false response about the problem. Then they wanted me to find my own repairman. They finely found a repairman and he was very good. Once they decided to replace my dryer they sent me an email with a price they were going to give us to replace the dryer. In a Lowes e-gift card. I excepted the price which barely made a down payment on a dryer then Choice Home Warranty sends a email that says thanks for taking their claim offer and they will email it to us in thirty days!!! So much for doing laundry at home.

Awesome HOW company. Encountered a sizeable pool equipment problem only 2 weeks into being a new Choice customer. Technical folks reviewed the estimate and pics of the failed system and approved the $800 + repair cost in less that 10 minutes. The workman was prompt, kept me informed of his arrival time, and was very professional. I have received the parts he ordered, and he scheduled a return date, pending. I was very happy with him. I gave 4 star for the issue is solved, but the experience was not good. I had AC issue for 3 weeks and finally it is fixed. It was assigned to one technician and he said there is leakage and need to get approval to check it up. He never came back and returned my calls. Thankfully, CHW assigned another technician after I called three times in the third week and second technician identified the problem and had it fixed.

I put a claim in on Saturday June 26th, by Sunday night had the repair Company and number . Monday morning they were here ahead of schedule which in these days is almost unheard of. Took about 30 minutes fixed and they were gone with cold air blowing. We still can not believe they came that fast here in Texas.

I have found the process--once it's turned over to the technician--to be everything I could hope. The technician, in this case, but also in previous are helpful, communicative and eager to serve. Completing the original claim and talking with the Choice phone representative was less satisfying--I definitely had to "wade through" the attitude of "this is the way we do it, ma'am" in order to get my claim processed.

One of my air-conditioning units although only a few years old and a top brand keeps breaking down. They've never sent anyone that has been able to fix it. So badly repaired it backed up the drain lines untill water came through my ceiling doing over $2k damage even though I pd separately to each service company that came to flush the lines if needed. They send companies that do poor service. Each new company is another service payment.!! 2 companies said a new unit is needed. Texas summer heat without air-conditioning and I have had a stroke! POOR SERVICE FROM CHOICE
