I just used my warranty last month and it took three weeks. They did nothing to help me and lied to me both times I spoke with them. I was told two different stories and nothing was done about it. I had hundred of dollars in my refrigerator that was ruined.

The website is very misleading and there are too many exclusions in the fine print. The website says that you cover hot waters but you only cover a portion of the hot water heater. My daughter's hot water heater failed and they would not cover.

I chose them because they were reasonable when it came to their fees every month. They will not pay any claims on large items only small items. My water heater went out just a couple of days ago and they would not pay anything because the heater control did not go out and they said that they would not cover it. I would not use them again.

They would not replace a 20 year old a/c unit and lied and said that I never maintained regular service on the appliance. Had to for it to last 20 years! Feel like they took advantage of us being senior citizens. As far as now. Recently they replaced a sump pump in our home without any problems.

The company found every excuse in the book not to cover a problem. Just like this last time I called. The rack on my dishwasher fell and needed new rollers. When the tech came out to my house, he told me they would cover up to $150.00. He sent in a request for less than that, and they told him it was not covered.

I'm a dissatisfied customer and I am trying to decide if I want to switch. The money that I have paid for both houses and I really haven't had a problem that they would fix. I tried to get them to fix a pipe and they said it wasn't covered so I had to pay the plumber two hundred and fifity dollars out of my pocket to get the problem fixed.

All of their advertising is false. I would not recommend this company, use another home warranty company. I have not had good experience at all with any of my claim managers. I had a leak in my pool and it was declined. It is poor service with a very unresponsive customer service.
