There were two things that disappointed my family, The first was the delay in getting the funds for a new appliance, we waited three weeks, thats 3 weeks without a drier. The second was the amount we received for a new appliance was nowhere near what a dryer cost in today’s market, 1/3 of a drier similar to what we had.

Upon review of your specific claim, the failure that occurred to your unit, is not “Included” in accordance with the terms and conditions of our policy.
Although this type of failure wasn’t covered under our policy terms, this is only 1 out of the 15 systems and appliances in which we provide coverage.

They came to fix the refrigerator and the ice wouldn't work so I called them back and now it is leaking on the floor. I am trying to get someone to help me but I am not hearing back from them. The part did not work and now it's been over two weeks and I have not heard from the company that is supposed to be repairing it. I think their service people are terrible and I haven't heard back from anybody I've called.

When the policy was initially sold to me, it was indicated appliances would be replaced. There was nothing said about actual cash value or the age of the appliance. Now my dishwasher has quit and you guys pay 246.00. Pretty pathetic. We are looking elsewhere for another company.

Your company knew my refrigerator had gone out and we needed someone out within at least two days. We weee forced to hire someone on our own. He came the same day. Very disappointed.

I have had three appliances broken since the start of July. It is now August 19th with no date for resolution. All updates and communications have to be initiated by me. I was overcharged $150 for initial deductible that has not yet been refunded. Calls are not returned. Very disappointing.

Out of my own pocket. Even emailed the owner of the business but never received a response. This is a worthless company. Save your money.
