If it gave 0 that would be my rating, their customer service sucks. It like they read from a script and can't think or problem solve. What the person selling you the service says is completely different than what in the contract and they do not replace appliances they do a buy out and it doesn't even come close to replacement cost.

I needed a new washer and have 6 people in my house it takes up to 30 days to get a gift card who can wait that long without any way to do laundry. Should take so long to get quarter of what the washer is valued at. I'm not sure what good a warranty is and won't renew I paid for 3 years and didn't find any value.

My last service rendered with CHW as awful. It took over 1 month to get the proper hot water heater installed and working properly. This is the second time I've experienced an issue with CHW. I'm so disappointed with CHW and with some of the vendors they hire.

I have had 3 companies come to my house to repair my furnace. All 3 said I need the furnace replaced. Choice keeps sending more companies and refuses to have a supervisor call or correct the probelm e keeps sending more comapnies

Does not keep their word. Promised me 2 months free. November&December for an error caused by their company. Then they tell me they only gave me a month. They may have put a month on my account but told me 2 months due the fact I had to take off 2 days. They gave the wrong info to the contractor.

My electric exhaust at kitchen had leaks, but rejected to repair by the service rep who told me Choice only covers exhaust located at bathroom. I checked all Choice contracts that never mentioned any location where Choice warranty didn't cover the exhaust.

Takes too long to get service people out (3 months for AC). Contract excludes and limits a lot of things you would assume are covered. Email auto communication is awful - tells you appts are set up but they actually aren't and you sit home all day waiting and no one shows up
