After telling me they'd replace my dishwasher instead of replace the part they don't even give me enough money to pay for it. Not half the cost. Maybe 1/3 the cost. They only paid $246 on a $660 dishwasher which was on sale for $519 plus tax and installation.

I was supposed to get my air conditioner fixed yesterday and they called to cancel and I had to pay a hundred and seventy five dollars for a local company to come out and fix it. You never speak to a live person and they send a company from a hundred miles away and nobody's local.

Terrible customer service. Was past from representative to representative asking for help and nobody could answer my questions. Was told "that department doesn't have phones". Lived with my family (two children under the age of 4) in a house that was 49 degrees due to cold outdoor temperatures. Nobody cared about my issues whatsoever.

Multiple claims and every claim we have had have had to follow up multiple times. Tons of confusion from the customer service within calls and even when mgr involved we had to fight tooth and nail to get anything covered. Horrible experience. We will not be renewing with your company

They have lied to me about the claim diagnosis in order to deny repair. The technicians have informed me of there recommend repair and home choice finds a different way to explain it and decides it does not qualify for service. Very disturbing.

They can choose in your warranty what is covered and not covered. I had an issue with the refrigerator and I have a problem with the oven and they said this is not covered even though I bought the total warranty which should have covered everything in the kitchen. I will not recommend them to nobody. Very bad experience.

Customer service is terrible. They never know anything and just quote scripted answers from the contract that don't answer the question. Sometimes takes days or even weeks to get repairs done. You pay a fee to get an unqualified service person then another fee to get a substandard one but, hey, he has the right certificate!
