My stove wasn't working properly. they sent a tech, he checked-said could be 1 or 2 things. Choice said they would send me gift cards 338.00 to replace my stove. It's a Jenn Air, not happening. When I tried to find out the part needed, neither they or the service tech would tell me what part was needed. A little shady to me.

Watch out! CHW "replacement policy" does not replace appliance at retail value. They offer a Lowe's gift card or check for a value at cost, not retail. In addition, there is a 30 day wait time for the check. For homeowners with an AC/Heating unit on their roof, CHW does not cover that unless you add-on roof coverage.

unreasonable when my chosen plumber canceled 2 hr before he was supposed to come on December to fix a sump pump in the basement and the forecasted 2" rain did come true on the 23rd. Only offer wholesale on a replacement appliances i. e. wholesale is $741 and to replace with like unit is $1600-$1900. Feel it should have been atleast $1000- $1200. Very unfair and you will not negotiate!!
