Im spending money on take-out food for last 3 weeks. I am very disappointed in CHW. I my refrigerator fixed. I have loss food and Sears has been here 3x and still no working refrigerator.

On the other hand, I give an excellent rating to the company that fixed/replaced my garbage disposal. That service and its technician were both excellent!

They have never done any successful repairs nor replace any of my damaged appliances. I pay technician $65 everytime they come for an appliance but technicians who recommend repairs or replacement are turned down. So, frustrating to customers.

Well the guy who showed up to fix my dryer it ended up being a clog event and he said he doesn't do club events so that was a waste of time and the guy for the washer never even bothered to show up or give me a courtesy call so my experience really suck this time but at least it cost me $65

My 1st experience was great however my existing claim for our washer has been horrible! The case manager has not contacted us when requested and has failed to provide his ext # so when we call we are hung up on! Also the amount offered to replace the washer is far, far below the replacement cost.

Major issue with getting hot water heater replaced...many made up lies, over 1.5 months of trying to get it done, and had to hire am attorney to send demand letter....no response whatsoever and had to pay for the HWH myself, even after your contactor stated it needed to be replaced due to normal wear and tear.

They refused to repair my a/c system, saying that there was "rust and corrosion," when there WAS NO RUST OR CORROSION!! As a result, I was FORCED to replace my entire system and CHOICE refused to pay for ANY of it, in DIRECT VIOLATION of THEIR CONTRACT WITH ME!!!
