We have seven properties with choice warranty, we recently had an issue with a washer, The replacement that they say they will do if the item cannot be fixed was extremely low, when it comes to talking to a manager everything is so slow there's no one that can talk to you immediately to resolve the issue.

I put in several claims and the majority of them were NEVER serviced/completed/closed. As a matter of fact, there was one that I put in June 2020. It was FINALLY closed as of June 2021. I do be contacting the NY Attorney General and Better Business Bureau.

Denied coverage on air conditioner due to rust and corrosion on a unit that is not that old. HAD ANOTHER AIR CONDITIONER COMPANY, THAT INSTALLED THE UNIT, COME OUT and they could not believe the decision to decline coverage. It appears that Choice Warranty looks for ways to decline coverage.

Once a claim has been submitted, it takes over a week before a technician can come out. This is completely inconvenient for issues that are emergencies. Furthermore CHW rarely approves repairs unless the repair is a small expense them. My experience has been completely disappointing and disrespectful.

I have had Choice warranty for a number of years and have had 3 claims. First settlement offer is ridiculously low, always a 15-day delay in getting to talk to a claims manager. final offer is never enough to repair or replace the failed item. Would not renew or purchase again.

I explained I had a leak and didn't know where it was. I knew I had one because I had a high water bill. I asked for a leak detector to be sent out. They refused. So they knew where the leak was when the plumber who came out did not. I found it kind of amazing they could figure it out 3000 miles away.
