Choice Home Warranty per Jennifer P has a limited cap of $500 per system failure. If my Maytag Washing machine system fails and cannot be repaired it is not replaced with another Maytag. It is replaced with $500 worth of a washer.

I'm not very happy with Choice Home Warranty. I needed to use my warranty a few weeks ago. It took about three weeks for them to get an approval, and they blamed the technician for not writing down an approval number which is all done electronically. Their customer service is horrible. I won't be renewing with them.

Very disappointed with Choice Home Warranty. They say one thing and then they hide fees. It is not a good company. I am having to pay an extra five hundred dollars which was not explained to me. They don’t answer phone calls.

They are happy to take your money, but they refuse to fix much of anything and if they do, you‚Äôve then maxed out your coverage. I‚Äôve had two claims that I paid the repair guy to come address and they refuse to even respond to my request.
