I've had Choice Home Warranty for about a year and a half now and I've put in one claim in August. I'm still waiting on that claim to be fixed and it's January. I haven't been able to get the value for my money, and I don't think this is a very trustworthy company.

I am very dissatisfied with Choice Home Warranty. I called them with a claim and they never submitted it to be fixed. I called them and they finally sent someone out to fix it but it's been two weeks and the part hasn't been replaced yet.

Poor service and response. Told That I had Appointment and company who was to Service Said No I dididn't, so I called and representative& he said the next day I got up to be on time at 7AM the next day and waited and they didn't show up so I called them and they said I didn't have an appointment.

It's nothing special. The wait times are too long. It took a week for a tech to get here and then you have to wait for parts so it took another five days to get repaired.

Choice Home Warranty is always looking for reasons not to do the work and to not pay for the replacement of appliances that are unrepairable. Every interaction has been a struggle. We are very disappointed with this company. We gave it a fair shot but I would not recommend it.

Why have have a warranty plan if they don't cover parts that needed to fix the problem,when they have the item with them but, has to get authorization on wheter an can be fixed and you the customer has to buy the parts.i

I originally signed up for their warranty program due to their great pricing. I used the warranty for a refrigerator. They sent out a technician four different times and were never able to repair it. They were supposed to pay me to replace it, but I've never receieved payment.
