I have to pay $965 to replace my water heater. I could have bought a larger one that I could control the temperature from Lowe's or Home Depot with a warranty for half the price. I have paid a service charge on my sink drainage twice for the same problem I still have.

Most of the people they have brought to my home have not fixed my issues properly. Choice does nothing to follow up with their customers. Sometimes I feel uncomfortable with some of the people they have sent.

Terrible. They deny every claim. They don’t fulfill their obligations. It is terrible company. They only gave me two hundred and forty nine dollars for a new washing machine and I had to argue for it because they denied my claim the first time.

They do everything they can to deny coverage. I have had other claims denied on technicalities. Now, I have a claim in for a water heater leak and they are denying it on the basis of it being a tank! Which, by the way, MOST water heaters are tanks!

The service from your contractor is as horrible. The customer service department is unwilling to work with the policyholder in any way way. The reimbursements for repairs is terrible. It cost me twice as much to have a reliable contractor do the work then you paid.d The customer to service department is unresponsive

Air conditioning coil has a leak. Choice Home Warranty will not replace. They say it is not covered because the leak was caused by corrosion. The coil is copper which is not corroded. This was from two HVAC technicians, one of which they sent to repair the unit.

They don't do what they say they're going to do. My dishwasher went out and they want to only give me two hundred to replace it. You cannot find a dishwasher for two hundred dollars anywhere and I have been paying for this service. I'm not happy with it so I will be switching to a different company that will pay to replace or repair.
