I’ve been waiting for my dishwasher to get fixed for a month. They have sent three different companies to make three claims three different times. The first company did not work on that kind of dishwasher and the second no longer worked with Choice Home Warranty because they hadn’t paid them. The third company came today.

Switched to Choice from American Home Shield to get it all and I am really disappointed. They did not very the plumbing which is stated in the agreement. The pipe burst and they refused to replace the pipe and the supervisor was really rude about it.

They do not send technicians quickly, send emails stating they are working on your claim but are not and there is no followup. Reimbursement is always short, takes for ever to get authorization so technicians give up and leave. Then they offer reimbursement and tell you that it will be covered but then substantially short the amount.

Never follow through with their technicians to follow up why the technician wasn’t showing up. I had to follow up with them. People came to look at it and said they would be in contact with choice but u never heard back. Also they are not instructing people to not ask to use the restroom during the corona virus and people didn’t wear masks.

If I have a negative experience and ask to talk to a manager, I get put on hold for 10 minutes and then I get disconnected. It is very hard to get a hold of people. They are polite but not helpful. They said they would pay a certain amount for the air conditioner and they haven’t done it.

We’ve used it several times and the technicians, once for the warranty when they said the part was not available and they only offered half of the amount to replace it, which took arguing to get. They are not interested in their customers.

I have reported them to the better business bureau and have cancelled my contract with them. They denied my claim and then refused to send someone out for a second opinion when it was obviously not documented correctly. They said something was broken when it was not. I also waited three weeks for the appointment.

No customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone. We lost our air conditioning the first week of august and now it is the second week of September and we still don’t have it fixed. They are telling us the part won’t some until the 22nd of September. It is totally awful.

Two repair claims resulted in repair failure. The third claim took too much time (over 10 days) for an HVAC system that is essential for daily functioning. I ended up replacing the system myself. The claims appeal agent didn't care that that I was impacted personally and professionally.
