You cannot get a technician to come 3 times out of 4. Also they last technician that looked at my dryer caused it to catch clothes and eat the buttons and the strings off of my clothes. When I called back to tell them this, they told me that this problem wasn't covered under my plan. Horrible customer service.

On my first claim after a year of having this plan, after 2 weeks of being without a stove/oven, I kept being told each day that the part would be coming in then we ran out of time before a house full of guest were coming. I demanded a replacement to which I was approved for approx. $220 reimbursement and I still have not received the check.

I tried to use my voucher by march and it's been 5 months and I got very frequent phone calls so I updated and have not gotten any repairs so far. It has been miserable. I feel like they don't actually want to repair anything.

It takes forever to get someone, you can't reach a live body. You have to go through the system. I just recently had a plumbing issue and I've had to go through two companies and still didn't get the issue resolved. I wish I could get out of my contract.

My first claim was handled in a sloppy fashion, imo, and resulted in a cost $495 higher than the $75 advertised. The second and last claim was handled very efficiently with no problems or unexpected costs.

They did not replace my water heater after two technicians came out and looked at it. After the second time it failed, the technician said it needed to be replace. Choice home warranty refused to replace it. I appealed it and nobody ever got back to me on the peel. I ended up having to replace it myself.

When they replace a product they claim that they can purchase the same product for around $320 when in fact it cost the customer about $750 , whereas I also have another home where the refrigerator went bad, they allowed $950 on a new one that I paid $1075 for it . CHW Is a CRAPPY company.

I have had a very negative experience with them. But I do like their customer service because they are very helpful when you put a claim in. As far as the service goes, I'm getting nowhere with them it's frustrating. I think that if they would be more open to dialogue when settling a claim it would be a lot better.

They never followed up with me, there was no follow through. Overall I feel like the company is a scum. Right now I am experiencing my third incident. Within eight months my AC was not working on three different incidences. They sent somebody out but they didn't want to fix them and wanted to rebuild my system. I strongly advise not using Choice.
