It's very hard to get in touch with someone and then when you do make a claim it takes way too long to get a response. The customer service is terrible. Two times my washing machine went out so I called in and it took two weeks to get someone out here. Then the next time I had a plumbing issue and I called and I have yet to see a plumber. I never had any response at all.

My kitchen faucet handle fell off from old age. The claims reviewer said I "abused" it and that's why it broke, which is crazy! They wouldn't pay for a new one because they said they don't cover breakage from old age. So what's the point of this policy then?

They continue to deduct money from my checking account on the 14th of the month after I have repeatedly told them I don't get paid until the 16th of the month. I am in the process of finding another company . Also they raised the copay from $65 to $85 without any notification.

The microwave that is in need of replacement is a OVER RANGE MOUNT unit that is built into the cabinet. The Choice Home Warranty lady argued with me telling me it is a countertop model. A) It was built into the cabinet when the house was built and B) Countertop models don't have lights and fans built into the underside of them for use OVER THE RANGE! I will very gladly share my experience with everyone that I can. If this is what I can expect from this company, I can't wait for my contract of "service" to end.

They dont care about customer service and making the customer happy all they do is quote lines from their policy manual on why they are falling short on satifying the customer. I had a few appliances that had to be replaced and they gave me like one third of what it would cost to purchasd new replacements of like kind. Real bad company, they dont care about the customer. My furnace failed after 19 years, eight months if use. Your agents claimed that the life expectancy of the furnace was 20 years, so the failure was the result of poor maintenance, not normal wear and tear. I appealed this decision and requested documentation proving their claim that the furnace did not fail from normal use. I never heard back, so I contacted a Local HVAC contractor who told me the life expectancy of my furnace was 16-18 years and mine was, in fact, living in borrowed time. I am extremely frustrated that I never heard back from the company about my request for documentation.
