Right now it's not so good. I had a claim and the contractor went to the house to assess the damage. Said they've ordered a part and get back to us two and a half weeks ago. I haven't heard anything. Left messages for the contractor, left a message at Choice. Haven't heard anything so a little frustrated right now.

Because I bought the services since I had an old house in good shape. But 3 times out of 6 I got the repairs done. Sometimes items were not fixed because the were deemed too old to repair. But these were vintage items. I just got compensated with amounts that were too low to replace it a similar appliance

You all have ALOT Of Exclusions While home insurance policies are usually required for homeowners, home warranties are never mandatory. But because insurance policies don't cover costs for damage as a result of daily wear and tear, home warranties can save you a lot of trouble and money because most home equipment and appliances will eventually require costly repairs. In fact, a recent Consumer Reports customer survey found that 1 in 5 new household appliances will require fixing soon after they're purchased.

Customer service is great but is far as them covering anything half of the stuff they have an exclusion too so it's not covered I'm definitely going to pay for a higher home warranty that will cover everything with no exclusions

A couple of weeks ago we called in for a kitchen sink repair. We said we had a leakage in our kitchen sink and paid a sixty dollar service fee. The plumber came out, looked at the problem and took a photo. The claim was denied. I still had to pay the sixty dollars and still had a leaking sink. When I called to find out why it was denied I was told it was an exclusion. My complaint was that if it was an exclusion why was a plumber sent when we specified what the problem was.

Do not replace, repair costly repairs. Very, very, very bad, unfair, no response to electrical problem that began January 3, 2020. Still do not have power. Initial repair was not done properly caused total power loses to furnace and fuse box needs to be replaced. Had 4 different assigned Case Managets who never returned my calls or responded to my written appeal. .

I wasn't happy. Felt like they did everything in their power to weasel out of repairs. I used them twice. First time the customer service agent didn't understand what I needed, so that was a wasted call. The second time was for a garage door opener that was 20 years old and they tried to get out of it until the contractor told them it had to be replaced. I paid for 3 years and got one repair. I could've done that on my own for that cost.

I filed a claim and I was denied because they said there was rust corrosion. I filed another claim on an air conditioner and they told me there was rust corrosion and it wasn't covered so I was denied. I've had very little service from them. Only simple things but a couple of little claim problems. Everytime I talked to them, it was denied. I'll never renew with Choice.

Spoke to them on phone, told them we had cracked glass on a cooktop and they send a guy who tells us it's not covered. Had to pay the deductible for the guy to come. They should have told me by phone it wasn't covered instead of sending the guy here and costing me the deductible for nothing.

it takes several days for them to set up appliance repair appt andnsend out handymen for the repairs sometimes taking several visits to figure out the peoblem and when the appliance to be replaced offering payment thant does not cover the price of the appliance for example $350 to replace a washer
