We had another company and they kept raising their price every time we went to renew. We signed up with choice 3 years ago and they kept their word that if we renewed before expiration, the price, plan and deductible would remain the same. They also had a lower deductible.

After I received the phone call (a recording) saying that the decision had been made to replace my built in microwave, the email link for starting the replacement process immediately went to a pop-up offering me some money in lieu of continuing the process. There was NO explanation of the context or ramifications. Then, when I declined the pop-up, I was asked to explain why I was requesting MORE MONEY. Again, there was NO explanation of the context or ramifications. I think both of these steps could have been handled better on your part.

I was going to cancel with Choice Home Warranty because I was having issues with my toilet but when I called the first time I was told it was not covered but we I called back to canceled I spoke with Wendy S R she was very helpful she listened to me & she set my mind at ease ..I was happy knowing someone cared about my issue..Mk Plumbing came out & I was very happy with their service very efficient & professional young men & my claim was covered & toilet is fixed ..thanks again to Wendy S R for helping me I really appreciate all you did.

I love having a Choice Home Warranty! I spent more money up front by buying a 5 year contract. That makes my service call fee only $45.00. I have just used it for an electrician and an HVAC repair and a plumber. I have already paid for the policy! However, I do not recommend it for rental property unless you manage the property yourself. Trying to have a property manager make a claim has not worked well.

I could not believe how quick my claim was handle and job completed (less then 10 hours from the call the job was completed. The company they sent, the men were excellent. they left a spit shine bathroom. I felt as if I had called in Maid service. keep that company. PEOPLE HOME CHOICE IS THE WAY TO GO.

My A/C stopped cooling but the unit continued to run. I requested service via the website at 12:30 p.m. Confirmation of the requested service was received within 30 minutes. A repairman was dispatched and had the condenser replaced and A/C running by 2:30 p.m. This was the fastest repair service I ever received. I'm very pleased.

With this last problem, I had to call 3 days in a row to find out that the service company did not want to file their report with Choice. The Choice people all followed through, trying to get the company to file the report. They finally gave up and sent me another repair company at no charge.

When I need CHW they came out and fix what need to be fix. I didn’t read the fine print on what they didn’t cover and it was a small amount so they didn’t have me pay it this time. I did read my contract on what they don’t fix so I’m aware for next time.

I was on my way to church on Sunday morning when my garage door would not close. I called Choice Warranty and had an appointment for the next day. The technician called when he was 45 minutes away. Very prompt and fixed it. Even adjusted the brackets that holds the sensors so I won't knock them out of line when backing out of my garage.

I did an internet search for Home warranty companies because I've become so fed up with my current provider. I had spent nearly 3 hours waiting to talk with someone from my current provider about something simple. I saw that Choice was rated highly and started an inquiry. They contacted me before I was able to complete their questionnaire. I don't know a lot about them, but their representative was professional, helpful and knowledgeable . like life, our experience with Choice has been black and white. of late, it has been better: response time for claims has been very fast. in the past, Choice has sent electricians who obviously did not want the job and tried to sell us inferior mdse instead of trying to repair the problem. the one who tried and did, got so frustrated with the cumbersome Choice procedures that he refuses to work for them. white: the ac repairman was here the next day and fixed the problem. on balance, Choice seems to be improving and is worth the money.

CHW's has an outstanding customer service system in place however, the service technicians they employ in the Corpus Christi area are slow to respond and it's hard to reach them by phone and they always arrive late without a courtesy phone call on 05/22/2019 I was given a service window of 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM the technician arrived at 5:17 PM completed the required work then departed at 5:29 PM. if CHW employs more professional techs this would be a 5 star service overall

I had a leak in the wall of my shower head and the plumber was suppose to come back to my home to fix it but he closed the invoice out saying it was another problem, so I called choice home warranty and they reopened the case. The plumber still didn't want to come out I guess it was too far, but anyway choice home warranty got him to come back and a new guy came out and fixed the problem. I think choice home warranty needs to find companies closer to people homes.

The service Tec was very professional. It was determined that parts were not available for my electric stove top, therefore needed to be replaced. I located the cheapest replacement. I appreciate the the buy out, but the maximum payment allowed, I will receive is less than half of the cost of a replacement. I understand that in some cases, depending on the replacement property, the full amount of the buy out may not be possible. It would be nice if it would be at least half of the cost, of the replacement item.

They put claims fast and asigne technicians . If the technician can not come fast enough there is an option to use your own as long as you get pre approval. They will reemburse in their rate. I did this for a sump pump. I couldn't wait because my basement was in 4 inches water. I would recommend it . You definitely get good service.

Our A/C started making a strange noise Sunday evening. I got on line to order a service call and when I got up Monday morning an appointment was scheduled for Monday between 11-3. The tech showed up and fixed it. And may I say it was pouring down rain with lightning, thunder and hail. He was very professional and did a great job. Thanks.
