Every time I call for service (a handful of times during my multi-year contract, at least 5 years now) no service is up to par. One the the subcontractor wanted me to adjust to his schedule. Second, after sending 3 different subcontractors, I was told they do could not fix the problem. Third, the subcontractor made a hole in my wall to see a plumbing problem that I ended up fixing my self. The last one, my dryer ended up getting really broken and was promised a replacement but it is already almost a month and nothing yet.

Because hung up and n 4 times claims supervisor manager rude talk at you not to you would not even discuss everytime I began to speak she would talk over me beating one song especially when I paid extra for my water pump to be on my policy . With the claim i put in, I was requested to pay for equipment without knowing what was being put in. When I requested to know what equipment was going to be put in, I was told I had to pay first. Then when I received a call to rate my experience your representative yelled at me for trying to find out via support emails/chats. Your representatives need to know how to treat customers. I would rate you a ) if I could just because of being yelled and scolded by your representatives... Maybe they need to be reminded... customers pay their salaries ... no customers, no job...

Was assigned a case manager on a repair and couldn't get her to call me back. Have had two issues of not able to find repairmen and sent a reimbursement option and was unable to find anyone willing to deal with the paperwork required. One repair company never showed, never called, voicemail was full when I tried to call and I determined this individual was operating out of an apartment. Those are just a few of the challenges I've experienced in a short period of time.

When my pool heater broke they told me it was not covered because it was electric and had a heat pump. Nothing was told to me like that when I purchased the warranty and did not receive the paperwork until after I put the claim in and then they sent me the policy. I gave them a 2 because they did give me a token of $400 toward a $4600 new heater.

I had a generally good experience with the service, although it was challenging to reach the technicians for updates. When my hot water heater broke, they promptly sent someone out to assess the situation and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided.

Lack of response, impossible to get through. Wait times are outrageously long and I'm trying to find out what my final coverage is going to be on a washing machine dryer. My washer started making noises and I had a rep come out to check it out and when he called it in, they were going to pay so little in the replacement cost. That was going to cost me over $400 for replacing the machine. It needed to be replaced because the motor was shot. So I'm about ready to change from Choice. I think they're so bad.

Recently I had a service call regarding my central air unit. The technician checked it and indicated it needed to be replaced. Home Warranty approved the replacement. Upon receiving the two amounts to be paid, one to your company and the other to the service technician upon the completion of the job. Per the contractor the duck work would not be replaced but modified. Per my contact it included ductwork. I called to speak with regarding this and was told no managers were available but would return my call in 2 days. I heard nothing more from the company.

They have only found two contractors for me, I have had to find the rest myself. They call nonstop when your warranty is about to expire to get you to renew. There are tons of loopholes that you have to jump through to even get a claim approved.

They will not work on any equipment that is not totally broken. They will not work on air conditioners that are giving out very loud noises. They will not work on anything that has an existing warranty which was not explained. They try to double charge when they send repairman that don't fix it, they want to charge for a second repair person of a different caliber.

Not happy with the companies that they have. I opened 2 tickets with 2 of my properties on which there was a problem with the AC units. So the kind of people that they have is not very great. They charge upfront and they're not very reliable, especially the companies that they use for air conditioning issues.

I claimed my air conditioning unit. They denied it because of rust and corrosion. I asked them how can you possibly not have rust and corrosion in Florida. They said it didn't matter. Then I had to write a very large check to replace the system when I thought I had coverage theough Choice. I claimed my washing machine and they gave me less than half of what it cost to replace it because they wouldn't repair it. They sometimes lie to you and they do not seem to care at all about customer service unless they're trying to get you to renew your policy.

Repair mean side fix the dishwasher the first time and refused to come back to complete the work. It's taken a couple of weeks now and I still didn't see a new technician out. They told me to that I had 2 options, wait until they find another technician or find somebody else for reimbursement. They didn't meet their obligations and now I have to wait until someone else comes to do an estimate, submit it and get it approved. Absolutely ridiculous. I am very unhappy and can't imagine if it wsss something more serious like the AC.

Absolutely terrible customer service, no resolution, no response on two separate claims, blanant lies from customer service, no calls from supervisors/management twice when I was told I would be called, had to pay for our own new refrigerator after not having one for three weeks and no help, rude employees. In all honesty I'd like to be refunded my money and cancel my warranty after how I've been treated but I just don't have time because I spent so much time wasted on the phone during work last week.

Absolutely terrible service. Our refrigerator broke and someone was sent out to do diagnostics. Parts needed were never ordered. We asked to speak to a supervisor three times and one never called us back. Our claim was dropped and started again. For one month we have been using a cooler in our garage to keep our kids food and milk cold. We eventually just bought a new fridge. We will not be renewing our warranty and we will tell our friends to never use or get a warranty with you.
