Such a wonderful service. The local Electrician arrived promptly and was very next very. We had such a small electrical problem that was fixed within 30 minutes! It’s hard to find someone to come and do such a small job for the cost of the service! Choice home warranty is a life saver for us.

I needed today to renew our Choice Warranty. The representative explained the benefit of getting a 6 yrear warranty instead of 1 year. Every year the warranty goes up in price and by taking a VIP 6 year plan, the yearly amount is locked in for the 6 years.

I have used Choice Warranty for many years for different properties. Custer Service needs to notate your issues down better. When, the technician arrive, what they have written down to work on is totally different when they arrive to your home. Having the customer to call back in to the office and wait to talk to someone, and then they say have the technician to send in their diagnosis, after the customer has already reported the problem, finding out, not everything hasn’t been wrote down. I find that to be unprofessional.

Not reliable in an emergency. My sewer line was backed-up and I needed a plumber ASAP especially with 6 people living in the house. I submitted a claim with CHW immediately, but they could not send someone until 4 days later! Fortunately, I have a warranty plan with 'Home Serve' for sewage issues, and they immediately sent a plumber out within a few hours and resolved the issue! I did not know that 'Home Serve' requires their technicians to provide same-day service no matter the issue. I am planning to switch to 'Home Serve' for all of my appliance, HVAC, and plumbing needs. I also called CHW to cancel the 4-day-out plumber, but the customer service rep failed to cancel it. I had to call a second time when I started getting reminders of the plumbing appointment. Also, the plumber that I received for a previous claim was a nightmare! Among other things, he failed to re-fasten a pipe under my sink so when I turned on the faucet after he had left, without resolving the issue, water started flowing from the cabinet onto the floor. Unbelievable! Unsatisfied Customer

I called and was told they were looking for someone in my area but now it's the weekend and it will be even harder to find someone. Why not tell me to find and choose one instead of making me wait?

Choice is the second warranty company we’ve used. It’s head and shoulders above our previous plan. The response times are considerably shorter with Choice. The contractors have been of a better quality as well. Our previous plan seemed to be headquartered in a third-world country. Choice has a call center that’s more professional. It’s a pain to have to get a repair person. Going through a warranty company makes it cumbersome too. But Choice is surprisingly prompt in their response times. So, it’s not terrible.

Prior experience was horrendous. Had to get my own contractor. Choice would not reimburse him, so I only paid $65 and he ate the rest of his $150.00 bill. Most recent experience turned out very well no thanks to Choice. A/C Company was excellent. However, Choice sent him the wrong property address and spelled my name wrong. Contractor never got to my address on the appointment day, which was last Friday. Appointment was rescheduled to last Monday. I live an hour away from the property. Had to spend 2 days there waiting for Contractor and finally got job done perfectly. The owner of the A/C Company and Technician Jaimie saved Choice's reputation on this one.

I was able to set up service via the website. I got emails confirming the service time and provider quickly. The repair person arrived when stated and was efficient in doing the repair requested. It is a little too early on one repair to be certain all things are ok but this is just due to some "run time" and not due to poor performance or repair person.

Been with CHW for 6 years and have had a few opportunities to call for service. Overall service was as expected. Had to wait for parts to come in so that the technician could repair our equipment. Some inconvenience but nothing that caused major disruption in our lives. All technicians performed to work as expected. We had to settle for a cash back because of the age of the equipment.

I have had 2 techs from 2 different companies come out to work on a problem! I got a quick response from both when the problem had its quirks and both techs responded back quickly and I was rescheduled quickly by CHW one one and other advised part had to be ordered and would be contacted when part arrives! So far so good and worth the monthly fee and service charge! Much cheaper than have a tech come and you pay for it with an arm and a leg!!

I didn’t get good service on my dishwasher. The technician had the wrong parts. He said he would get the right ones ordered and come back. After he didn’t come back, I called you and you said you would check into it. I waited and didn’t hear back from you. I finally called CHW back and they said it had been over thirty days that I would have to at another $85 to fix what he didn’t fix with the first 85. I am a widow since November and my income has been cut in half and I didn’t have another $85 so my dishwasher is still not fixed. The technician for my dryer was excellent so if I need any other work please send him. TJ’s appliance repair, TJ is wonderful.

HVAC company inspected the dripping water. It was an existing condition and he was not at liberty to make modifications to the P trap set up from the HVAC unit but was kind enough to let me know what I should do and to do this in the fall when the AC is no longer needed.

This was my first experience with CHW. I must say that they were very quick on calling me before I had finished my online request for a quote. Which at first I was skeptical about giving my information. Michael the sales manager was very knowledgeable about the services his company offered. Michael was overbearing in his upsell approach. He almost lost me as a customer. However, I stuck with him and I'm looking forward to having CHW as my warranty company.
