This is the 2nd time you haven't helped much with my claim. When I contacted you, I indicated the seals on the fridge door also needed replacing, but that was not authorized. Last claim you didn't pay anything on the garage door. Please cancel my contract & I will put money away for anything that needs fixing in the future.

I am very disappointed with Choice Home Warranty because when I start with them my service fee was less than $100 that's why I chose them but when I was able to use them they went up to the $100 without letting me know. Thinking about canceling.

I did it because I thought they would be fix things, but they are not very prompt on getting people here and then they have a dishwasher. That’s only basically one and a half year-old but they wanna give me 1/4 of what the price cost new because it’s been fixed once already I’m guessing, but they’re just everything you have to. Do you have to fight for.

Worse experience ever…still have a refrigerator repair pending, now almost 30 days, have talked directly with numerous representatives, hanging up on technicalities on provided manufacture’s documentation 😩☹️😡 Have had home warranties on our homes for many years, almost 6yes with CHW. Now thinking seriously about canceling and they’ll get me on the prorated refund too Further action tbd.

I decided to give CHW a try to see if they truly covered items as listed. I highly recommend CHW they send great techs and have fair pricing.

Grandfathered in. Stuck with it because it was decent. Customer service, coverage, fees and other factors have declined some. It's the better of the two companies I use for my properties, but I am still looking for an alternative moving forward.

They sold me a 3 year policy to cover roof plumbing stopages etc. I had a roof leak and they said they do not cover tile roofs. Almost all roofs in Las Vegas are tile and they know this when they sell you the policy. Then I had a plumbing stoppage and they denied the claim saying it stop due to old build up of calcium. Apparently they do everything to avoid coverage!! I suggest trying American Home shield or other companies that cover issues like these.

By far the best home warranty company I've ever had. The techs are quick and knowledgeable and I haven't had to jump through hoops to get coverage.

We’re very disappointed, we used your company for 3 years and also I’m a real estate broker and my company has been referring all our clients to Choice home warranty. We had our wall oven broiler go out and their were no parts available for repairing it, your company only offered $891 to replace a comparable oven that was $1400, I don’t believe we’ll be referring your company anymore. Sadly because prior to this we’ve not had issues. Darryl and Niki W. 10412 Longwood Dr Las Vegas Nv 89134

The first claim I put in, they are not working with me about my washing machine knocking. I have the top tier plan and I was told to basically lie and say it was not working at all, I’m not a liar but obviously they don’t mind promising you everything when they are trying to get your business. I have only been able to contact the technician but his hands is tied. I’ve emailed the company and have not gotten a response and it’s been about a week.

I had a frustrating experience with my appliances. My clothes washer wouldn't shut off, and getting a hot water tank fixed took an incredibly long time. I was switched between multiple technicians, and ultimately, I had to handle the repairs myself. Very disappointing service overall.

I had a very disappointing experience with Choice Home Warranty. Their customer support was lacking, and they didn't resolve issues I faced after plumbing repairs. While the plumber did a good job fixing the pipe, they left holes in my wall and refused to cover repairs. Additionally, the service for fixing my sink was delayed, and the technician didn't perform well. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them.

I had mixed experiences with Home Choice Warranty. They were quick to respond when my washer broke, sending someone out within a day. However, their handling of my furnace issue was disappointing; the technician they sent missed several cracks that another company later confirmed. Overall, their responsiveness is commendable, but their service quality needs improvement.

I had a frustrating experience with Choice Warranty. The plumber they sent barely looked at the issue before leaving for vacation, falsely claiming the problem was tampered with. When I called to dispute it, they refused coverage and insisted I pay out of pocket for another plumber. Overall, very disappointed with the service and response.

Was with the company for several years with 2 claims. This last claim they tried everything in the book to try not to reimburse me for a problem that I already paid for. They said they would give me half back like they were doing me a favor. They are also the ones that told me to get my own contractor because they couldn't find one. Cancelled this bait and switch company same day. Never again!🙄

I chose to work with choice because they sounded great until I needed them. Been without a furnace for almost 2 months. After about a month a tech finally came and diagnosed my problem. Nothing was ever done. Refiled a claim and another company wanted to come and diagnose my problem. Told them that it was already diagnosed. I called choice and canceled my warranty...

I filed a claim on a thermostat, they found service technician and the deductible was supposed to be $75 they told me to pay him and they charged me 75 plus tax. Also they would not cover the thermostat that the technician said was not working like it should.

They partner with vendors that don’t follow up on their work orders. They ask you to get the parts from your appliance vendor if it’s under a manufacturer’s warranty knowing the vendor won’t send you the parts. They will try to get out of fixing an issue if they feel it happened before you got coverage; when there is no real way to tell.

Disappointed with handling find my refrigerator issues. It was unreal. Your attempts at repair and terrible customer service. I lost a lot of food and a lot money buying ice and coolers. Then, I just bought a new refrigerator.

The repair man to my home to look at my washer. He was here for approximately 10 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, but he has not returned to install the parts that he ordered. I found that I could order the parts on Amazon and have them in two days. It has been almost 2 weeks. since he was here. No phone call no nothing. But he made sure that he got his $85 which he repeatedly told me I had to pay at the first visit.

Should offer preventive maintenance for HVAC. Other companies offer HVAC Check-ups through their contractors to help prevent problem before winter/summer.

They are relentless on trying to sign you up. I had roughly 10 months left on my warranty with them and they were already trying to sell me another one. I also have a dryer that keeps breaking down and I alone already spent over $500 on covering service fees and had to call in another appliance guy to fix what they don't cover.

They are suitable for routine tasks, such as a plumbing leak. However, for expensive items like A/C work, they will avoid addressing the real issue of replacing the coils (which have a known leak) by simply recharging the freon and hoping the problem goes away. This has happened to us now four times (for $75 per visit).

They are terrible.! They deny claims for no reason. I had a refrigerator go out and they took over 2 months just to get someone out to look at it. They are a terrible company to work with. Items are covered but they charge you to replace them and say it is because they have to update the system to replace the compressor. They said they had to change the wiring to the compressor. I watched the repairman change one for the other and there was no change of wiring.

We paid a deductible to the plumber to come out and fix NOTHING because in order for him to access the components they would have had to remove tile. They told me this is not covered under warranty and that none of the items he needed to do to fix the tub were covered under warranty. So all we did was pay the deductible, turn off the circuit breaker and we have a permanently broken tub now. Warranty is WORTHLESS!

My contract with Choice Home Warranty covered plumbing, however, when I submitted my claim for the bathroom and kitchen water faucets which were both twenty-one years old and falling apart and not functioning I was told that my claim was refused because the photos submitted with the claim indicated the. faucets appeared to be "broken" and not damaged by normal wear and tear. I paid my premiums as a greed, however, CHW did not pay the claim as they agreed to do.

They have a hard time finding reputable contractors to work for them. It took from 12/24 to 10/25 before they could send a person who knew what they were doing to repair my HVAC. He was knowledgeable and professional unlike the first person they sent. Then choice ask me to pay $780.00 to the repairman for additional parts to replace the compressor. We decided to get our own repairman and let them pay what the compressor cost back to us when we had a new unit installed. I would not recommend Choice home warranty.
