I don’t think they have the best companies working for your benefit. They couldn’t repair a leaky faucet a month ago and I have been trying to work with them for a month to get them to replace it. They are trying to get me another repair man but they are not having much luck with covid going on. They do ahve the best value.

They've always been there for me and work pretty fast. Recently, I had an issue with my water and someone came out the same day and was very good and professional. The only thing I dislike is that they don't seem to cover a lot of things we need covered. I also think they're overpriced.

My heat went out, needed a motor, the company they sent said the motor was on back order after i called to find out the status of my repair. So it’s 27 deg and snowing and i still have no heat and nobody is concerned, i call the company again and they said they will try and find the part from another vendor but would i pay the difference. Of corse i will because i have no heat! I’m the only one that cares i have no heat!

Ease of use, However contracted locksmith to rekey our condo after purchase broke 2 deadbolts, replaced one, and left other in dangerous operation and were told do not touch it it could lock you in and not get out. It did and I removed the lock and repaired it myself..

It's affordable and they try to get somebody out here as soon as possible but it did take a couple of weeks to get the parts but that is not their fault and they do try to do their best for you.

Customer support is pretty responsive and they do find technicians pretty quickly but we’ve had some issues where they could not find a technician and we had to find one ourselves and they didn’t reimburse us. That was a not a good experience. There have been times when they didn’t cover the warranty. Other times they got a technician to come out and fix what was needed.

We went with Choice because they had a better price than other companies. A few weeks ago, we had a sewer back up and got a good response from a plumbing company Choice helped us find. We had a bad experience with the air conditioning and heating contractors, because they weren't great.

Right now I wouldn't give Choice Home Warranty high marks because of the bad experiences I am having. I had two claims and one of them needed to be replaced, so they gave me money to do so. The other claim hasn't worked out because they needed to order a part for my ice maker and I still haven't heard back from them on that after two and a half weeks.

I went with Choice because they have better rates than other companies. When I had a problem, they resolved it in a day or two. When I needed my garage door opener repaired they sent someone out to fix it right away.

The quality is not what they said. The first time I called it was for the AC. I called on a Friday and they said they could get someone out on Wednesday. I took they day off but they had deleted it and didn’t notify me that the electrician wasn’t coming. It was a real simple fix that done in five minutes.

The quality of the people is pretty good but getting someone to come out and do the work is middle of the road. I had some issues with repairs last year. It took three or four phone calls in ordered to get it straightened out. Everything was made right eventually.

My last couple of experiences with choice home warranty have not been nice. I had a warranty service on my washing machine and it took them a whole month to find out if they would fix it and order the part and it is still not fixed so they gave me money to buy a new one but they only gave me three hundred twenty five dollars. I do not get quality service from them. I had another incident where my pump went out and they didn’t pay for the part.

I thought they would be a very good company based off of what I saw online but I did have a disappointing experience with them. They were unable to get a repairman for me. I had to get my own repairman and they said they would reimburse me but that never happened. Some people they have on their list for my area are not really highly qualified.
