This is a system that one of your technicians from CHOICE installed two years ago, however, you did not repair the system because you said that it was outside of the warranty and it was an error done by the technician and it was my responsibility to get that company to make the repairs. I explained to your rep that you all installed the system.

You guys just deny, delay, deny, delay. Now, my HVAC is covered, but the compressor that failed is under factory warranty. The factory will cover the compressor but you deny the tech the labor to remove and replace it and the refrigerant! Thats like Toyota telling me "yes that part is under warranty/recall, we'll replace it, but you have to pay full labor" This is obviously just the latest attempt to skip out on your responsibilities

I was happy with them until they decided 272$ was a fair REPLACEMENT price for a 4 year old Bosch 1400$ dishwasher. After putting me on hold and calling the repairman, the gave me 350$. The part was only 423 which I purchased. I will not buy or recommend CHW to anyone at this point.
