Was convinced to switch my six homes from American Home Shield to Choice Home Warranty.
A big factor was the $60 deductible rather than AHS's $90 - some times a claim is excluded and I just lose the deductible so that's important.
Responses and repair schedulings have been faster - nice work!
Some items have too many exclusions: for example faucets are an integral part of a home and should be covered
Would prefer when an appliance is toast to have the replacement taken care of rather than a buy out where I have to get involved. I want the warranty to save me time.
Your agents are always professional and helpful.
Online is the way to go - I have used that quite successfully and try not to call and increase your staff needs whenever I can.

My rep James was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly...he only fixed what needed to be fixed and replaced it promptly...he was at my residence early (about an hour) which was good in my book...the whole experience from contacting CHW about situation with initial call went very smooth...James was at my residence the next day...all I had to do was present my co-pay ($65.00) upon arrival...also the monthly payments to sustain account is not bad (under $50.00)...after reading this review pick up whatever phn you use and make the call to Choice Home Warranty...you won't regret your decision by taking my advice...more power to ya...make the call...later dayz and better wayz!!!

Mike S was prompt and was at my house as scheduled. It's evident how experienced and knowledgeable he is with his trade as he went about looking at the problems I pointed out and meticulously handled and fixed what can be fixed at the time. He's very welcoming to questions I asked and provided answers and insights that was very enlightening and gave me more understanding that certain house problems are best left to professionals! A part that's not available and needs to be ordered would necessitate him to come back when the part comes in next week per ETA from the parts dealer. Overall, on a scale of 1-5, Mr. Mike S is definitely a 5!

Tracie A was very helpful. I had called earlier and was placed on perpetual hold and gave up then almost went with another company but decided to try again and Tracie answered and was great. She offered me a Senior plan that I could afford and did tell me about the 3 year plan which I would have loved to have gotten but just could not afford at this time.
My neighbors have given Choice a good recommendation so even tho I have hardly ever used my Home warranty plans I have always had one on my homes and plan on keeping one and I want to make sure I have a good one and with Tracie's help I did purchase the best plan tonight.
Thank you again for your help Tracie it was appreciated.

I noticed a leak on my water heater and I notified CHW. That same day Bryant Plumbing company came and assessed the problem and notified Choice. A short time later CHW notified me that my water heater would be replaced by Bryants, they just needed additional info from the Plumber. Once CHW received it they notified me of the minimal amount I would be responsible and did I accept my cost. Once I replied that I accepted, things moved quickly. CHW purchased the water heater locally, the Plumbers picked it up and installed it. CHW came thru again for me, never had a doubt. Glad I renewed for another 6 years in 2019. Thanks CHW!!!

I dealt with Rachel A who was very professional and knew what the company offered and at what price. She helped me understand all the services that Choice Home Warranty offered. She was also kind enough to grant me a senior citizen and veterans discount. The final price for my new contract, with Choice Home Warranty, was substantially below what I am now paying for a home warranty with another company. I also received, with my new warranty, assurances that the rate for renewal will not change if I renew every year. Overall, I was pleased with the cost, services, and the professional of Rachel.

Choice warranty is fine its the people that you sub out to they are not very responsible I had CJA Mechanical come out to look at the outdoor heat pump a/c and he said it need a fan motor and said he would order it then I called him on Friday and he said it would be in and he would be here on Tuesday June 9th and when I called in the evening he said it did not come in I called on Wednesday the 10th and got someone in the office and said he was not in and did not know if the parts was there. He also told my wife last week when he was there that we should be using American Home warranty and not yours I had a similar issue with him last year about the same thing saying I should use American Home Warranty

After contacting Choice Home Warranty by email, I was contacted by phone and email. The first representative answered my questions and gave me the answers to my questions. I asked for time to have further discussion and think about the services that were being offered. He was very helpful. The second representative, put the icing on the cake. He explained and gave me more options that helped me to make my final decision.
I was pleased with the service and the recommendation that my friend gave was very helpful. Thank you Myles and Leo. I can see that these reps were prepared and are knowledgeable for the job they are doing and the service that are providing to the public. .

My first experience with Choice Home Warranty was the customer service. I was a customer of American Home Shield. I inquired on line to see what the differences would be. I received a call from Kendra from CHW. After she explained the difference between CHW and AHS I was sold. We had just had a service done on our air conditioner with AHS and we paid more than they covered! we were out of pocket over 500.00 with AHS! I found out after the fact that AHS would only pay 10.00 per pound of freon for my air conditioner and I had to pay the rest. Well a pound of freon cost around 100.00 dollars or more and they only pay 10.00 for life of their warranty! Kendra explained to me that CHW would pay 100% of the freon needed for my air conditioner if it ever needed it and that alone was enough to make me change companies. AHS nickle and dimmed us so much it was like we did not have a home warranty.
Not to mention I am saving 11.31 on my monthly charge with Choice Home Warranty. I am saving 100.00 on the service call. I am saving over 100.00 on the annual charge with Choice Home Warranty. This was just a good decision all around!
Choice Home Warranty has the face of George Foreman representing their company, now who does not love George! He is the epitome of trust and honor and his life reflects that! So with all this being said I am proud to give my business to Choice Home Warranty!

oh, my experience with Choice Warranty versus a couple of others I've had in the past is about the same. However, I plan to stay with Choice Warranty for the time being. My only disappointment is when I had some drywall work done I was charged extra money because the guy had to get on a ladder to repair a ceiling, which is only 6 feet high. Also, when vendors come out, their quality of work is very hit or miss.

My first time using my Choice Home Warranty was March 30, 2020 when my refrigerator stopped getting cold. I called them on Sunday when it happened. Sears Service was here by 3:30 on Monday.
They had to order two thermostat Electronic controls totaling $174. Once I receive the parts they will come back to install them at no more cost to me. Meanwhile they were able to get the refrigerator back to cold until then.
I was so shocked that all I had to pay was my contract figure of $65.00.
This means I already saved $174 from my yearly cost.
YAY! Best Choice I ever made. Thank you Choice Home Warranty!

I will say I only rated 5 Stars because of how quickly my situation got resolved. My first claim did not go as expected, as the technician assigned was hard to reach, got the wrong part, showed up four hours late and only because I had to call him two hours after his appointment time. After all that I reached out to my realtor who knew the local Choice Warranty Rep, and she got it resolved within a couple hours. I had a new technician calling me setting up an appointment and got my appliance fixed. After my most recent claim that got filed, that same technician was assigned to me again. I called the same Rep, and again, had someone else assigned within hours.

We have had our house (our first home) for a total of a WEEK now and noticed while doing dishes that our sink in the kitchen drained into our sink in the wetbar directly below the kitchen. It backed up as we were mounting our TV downstairs and we immediately sprang into action trying to undo the PTrap and put a bucket underneath, draino'ed all the sinks and tubs in the house and even tried to augur the lines! BUT to no avail. Thats when a friend reminded us that our contract came with CHW and the deductible was only 65 to have someone come look and fix it. Well, our guy came out less than 36 hours after our call and within 2 hours of him being there, all of our drains were snaked, he informed my hubby what he was doing and why and even fixed part of the Ptrap the previous owners had put on backwards! this could have cost us 100's already in the first week of being homeowners but instead it was SIXTY FIVE!! :D Highly reccommend CHW

I am so pleased with this service, words cannot even explain! So I will start with the 1st step of calling to report a claim....the customer service people are soooo friendly, courteous, professional , patient and KNOW the right questions to ask. 2nd step they are RAPID in their response to get me connected with a service. 3rd ALL of the technicians call me for an appointment before 24 hours. 4th upon arrival the technicians have ALL been truly professional and very knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about this company and it is probably one of the top decisions I have ever made and has saved me hundreds of dollars. I have 2 houses that the company services and I highly recommend them. The level of service is exceptional and commendable!

I had a pretty bad blockage in my kitchen sink and I called Choice. It only took about 5 minutes for them to find a plumber for me.
The plumber from OSP, Matt, came on time and fixed the blockage in about 10 minutes. He was very professional and we even joked with him.
Choice always has a way to get problems taken care of in reasonable time. I have never had any issues with them. In fact when you call Choice they treat you as if you are their only customer and understand your problem.
I have had another home warranty in the past but after finding Choice I have no intention of ever using another company.

My walking partner, Nord S, has on several occasions mentioned how helpful and good Choice Home Warranty has been. He and his wife travel quite a bit and on two occasions his water pipes have burst while they were away and did considerable damage to their house. He claims that Choice not only was helpful then but on several other occasions when his appliances and roof had problems. I am not great on getting warranties. My philosophy has been, if the product is good why get a warranty? But with his convincing, I enrolled in a Choice program today. Mr. Will F was exceedingly helpful and found a plan that was affordable and advantageous to me. I hope I will be recommending my friends to Choice just as my friend recommended it to me. I called today not knowing if I could afford any kind of package. I got a hold of a guy named Rob S. He was so awesome. I told him I wanted to get the plan that covered everything. I also asked if i could take the coverage off of the things I don't have? He said yes and told me the price and I really could afford it. So he asked a few questions and after about a half hour he came up with something i could afford. I tell you he was awesome. If you want to see about getting a plan I highly recommend this company. And they are recommended by AARP. And they are rated the best. Thank you. Choice Home Warranty for working with me. Karen

my experince with chw was positive from beginning to end. first my call was handled immediately and the technician was dispatched following full workday or within 48 hours. the technician i believe his name was Don i hope that is correct was very professional while he diagnosed and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. i was relieved because i thought it would have been a complicated and complex problem. the 2 times i have used my warranty both times it was handled professionally with very polite and competent technicians fixing the problems. i am sure i will keep this warranty active throughout my home ownership days. i am really impressed with chw and will let others know they should have it too.

I have use CHW 3 times this year (2019) and the level of services I have received has unbelievable and unheard of in the industry. The agents are EXTREMELY polite, patience and helpful. Unlike other home warranty service companies out there such as (AHS). CHW is the very BEST among the rest. CHW take what they do very seriously and take very good of their customers. I am extremely happy with CHW and plan on staying with CHW forever. After being with AHS in the past , am happy to say that CHW is a much more superior company and provide services second to none to their customers. WE LOVE YOU CHW!!

I recently used Choice Warranty because my pool pump stopped. Not a good thing in Arizona in the 110 degree heat. I reported the issue on a Sunday. An appointment was made for Tuesday. On Monday Take 10 pool services called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday between 11-3. Tuesday morning came and at 8am I received a text they were on their way. I called to tell them I won't be there. Not to worry, I left a check with a note and the work was done when I got back at 11. Steve the tech called me and explained everything. Julie at the Take 10 office was also very accommodating .
I know this sounds like a testimonial for Take 10. But it's also to let people know that they have great contractors under them. So you don't have to feel like the work is going to be inferior because it's from the warranty company. I have used Choice for almost 6 years, and it has been a good move for me.

Once again, we have a problem and CHW comes through very quickly; yesterday as it got very hot, our main level AC stopped working; I called to file a claim and requested to have Premier HVAC come also this time since they did a great job on our upper level unit last year; the claims Rep said she will contact Premier to set up the service appointment; shortly, I received an email that an appointment was set up for Monday. Again, I was pleasantly surprised when Oscar with Premier HVAC called me after 1 hour and said he was on his way; shortly after, he arrived, diagnosed the problem and got the approval within minutes from CHW; thanks to CHW and Premier HVAC, our home is cool again!

We noticed that our house was getting hotter and hotter and we could hear the system running, but it wasn't putting out cold air. So we called Choice Home Warranty and right away we were taken care of, but because of my husband having knee surgery on the day the company was to come we had to have it rescheduled and the Choice Representative was very accommodating and got us rescheduled. We are very happy with making the decision of choosing Choice Home Warranty. They let you know from the beginning they will take care of your needs and you can rest assured they will do just that. We feel we made a great decision with Choice. Thank you for your caring spirit.

I called in a warranty request for my dryer on Monday May 22nd. I had a scheduled appt that day for Friday. On Thursday the company called to cancel the appt and reschedule for a week later. this was unacceptable. I called back in and Choice rescheduled the appt with a new company for Monday between 7-11 am. At 8:30 Monday morning the owner of Reliant Appliances was at my door to fix my dryer, unfortuantly they had to order a part. She called me back within an half hour of leaving and told me the part was ordered and as soon as it comes in they will be out to fix it.
This is true customer service. I am very impressed with that kind of service and I hope they are out quickly to fix it and if I have another claim to call in I have the same service as I did with this one.

WeI just purchased our warranty today. They discounted service calls right on the spot. We chose Choice Home Warranty because of their rating and because of reviews that I read. We had a bad experience with our current Home Warranty company and wanted someone that we could rely on, someone that would provide service technicians that would do things on the up and up. Choice Home Warranty provides more for $1.05 more per month than the other Home Warranty company, and we truly feel that we will get better service and a staff that will care about their customers (which is something the other company didn't do). We are glad to be a part of Choice Home Warranty.

CHOICE HOMEWARRANTY IS GOOD IF...…
CUSTOMER DO THEIR DUE DILLEGENCE AND HOMEWORK FIRST. MEANING, KNOW THE ENTIRE COMPLETE WARRANTY PACKAGE. (BASIC, PREMIUM). BE PATIENT IF A CONTRACTOR DOESN'T GET TO YOU RIGHT AWAY. PLUMBING MAY TAKE )48-72 HOURS) BUT, THEY WILL COME WHEN THEY LOCATE A CONTRACTOR IN YOUR AREA. KEEP CALLING. BE PREPARED TO PAY A SERVICE CALL FEE $60-$75 EVEN IF THEY CAN'T DO THE SERVICE. SOMETIME IT'S JUST PEACE OF MIND KNOWING THERE'S NOTHING WRONG. EXPECT THE BEST OF THE SERVICE. I GOT AN OUTSTANDING ELECTRICIAN, REPLACED BOTH CEILING FANS. JUST FABULOUS WORK. BE SMART.... USE THE SERVICE AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE; YOU'RE PAYING FOR IT EVERY MONTH & PENNIES ADD UP. PUSH HARD WITH YOUR OWN KNOWLEDGE TO GET THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. KEEP SENDING INFORMATION AND REVIEWS. IT REALLY HELPS. THUMBS UP IF THIS HELPS ANYONE!

Filed a claim on Sunday Mar 31 my washer stopped working , Choice responded by email and set up appointment for Monday by 12:30 pm . My Son then told me that the back burner of the stove stopped working , so I called Choice and they had the same appliance repair company look at the stove while he was here to check out the washer. The washer could not be repaired Choice offered a very fair price for a washer that was 18 yrs old. The parts were ordered for the stove. It is a local company doing the repairs. Great experience Choice HÖME Warranty not only emailed me but called also. Was amazed how quickly they set everything up . Much better than I expected. Very Satisfied! Pete

I was impressed with the customer service person (Kenneth)for Choice Home Warranty. My service call was placed at 11:35 pm cst. Kenneth was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He took my order and gave me a claim number within minutes. Early the next morning I received a call and text from Choice telling me my claim and repairs would be processed by Tennessee Valley Handyman. I contacted the repair company, the company repairman Zachery H was very prompt in responding to repairing my washer. He came out the same day checked the washer and discovered it needed a replacement part. He placed the order for the part, and told me it would be sent to my home. I was requested to contact him when the part arrived. The part was delivered to my home the next day. I contacted Tennessee Valley Handyman, within 2 hours the repairman arrived at my home and replaced the defective part, my washer was repaired. Thanks to Choice Home Warranty and the Tennessee Valley Handyman. I am pleasantly pleased with the prompt efficient service I received from both companies. Based on my experience with Choice Home Warranty I highly recommend them.

It was so easy and seamless, I almost believed it was too good to be true. I had purchased the warranty several months ago before having any knowledge that I would be moving and renting out. As luck would have it, the new tenants were having an issue with the heating and ironically, we were having unexpected snow in this part of the region where it happens every 20 years or so. I reached out to your customer service who was very informative and helpful and before I knew it, I was getting a call from the repair service to make the appointment.
They were just as helpful and supportive. Having run call centers for over 10 years with Fortune 10 company, this was maybe one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I strongly recommend Choice Home Warranty.

In the 4 years i have been with Choice Hoe Warranty, I have had more claims than would have liked!! Appliance repair or replacement has been outstanding. I was not satisfied with the replacement allowance for my convection oven. When they assigned a Customer Service Specialist to my case, she was able to get me the maximum for my oven. I was very pleased.
We have also used electrical and plumbing. Only once was I unhappy with the plumber they sent. I found my own plumber and replaced my shower tower myself for a small amount more than the plumber wanted me to pay in addition to the payment he was to receive from Choice. I did report him to Choice.
I highly recommend Choice Home Warranty.

Well, I was very pleased. This is my second claim with a home warranty company. The other company proved worthless. This time was a wonderful experience. My garage door opener failed. Made a claim with CHW on the phone and they said they would get right on it. A day later CHW sent me an email advising that they could not get a technician to respond within a reasonable time. Therefore, they offered me the "The Reimbursement Option. I accepted the option and the next day had a technician on the job. I followed the option instructions carefully. Explained the situation to the technician. He diagnosed the problem. I called the Authorizations Department on the provided number. I explained the situation to the agent and turned the phone over to the technician. After a short chat, the tech gave the phone back to me. The agent said we were good to go. I pay the tech and CHW pays me. After subtracting the $75 fee, CHW saved me $245. Fantastic!

Home Choice warranty is amazing!
When we purchased our warranty, we didn't know if we would ever need the services of Home Choice Warranty.
However it gave me peace of mind. But before I knew it, I called them on two separate occasions once for a plumbing problem which they fixed immediately; and the second time was for my pool motor which went out unexpectedly.
I called a local Pool Supply Company who told me that the repair would be anywhere from $350 to $450. But with my Home Choice warranty I was confident in knowing that I was only required to pay the $60 pursuant to my contract that was my maximum out-of-pocket expense.
I quickly called Home Choice warranty who sent over an outstanding Pool Service Company; "Chad's Top to Bottom Pool Service Company" Chad the owner arrived on time and within the hour had my pool motor replaced. He cleaned up after himself and did an amazing job.
I could not be happier and "oh by the way" my total out-of-pocket expense $60 That's a $390 savings off the highest estimate.
Thank you Choice Home Warranty and Chad's tTop to Bottom Pool Service an "outstanding job as well as a major savings."
If you're hesitating about making a decision to purchase the Home Choice Warranty rest easy. It's like putting money in your pocket.
Just about everything in your house is covered from Appliances to Electric, to Plumbing even your pool or Spa if you chose to add them.
Once again thank you Home Choice Warranty, you've done an amazing job
Sincerely,
Gerald P O'Hara Jr.
P.S. Don't forget to ask for your Military Discount or your Senior Citizen Discount best of luck, "You're making the right decision if you choose to buy from Home Choice Warranty, I did"

I had Choice Home Warranty on my previous home and absolutely loved them. When I purchased my new house the seller purchased a home warranty with another company. I had to cancel that policy and purchase Home Warranty out of pocket because I knew the quality that they provide. I recently had a plumbing issue and a heating issue. I called CHW for both of these problems and they responded quickly and approved the work that needed to be done. The company that they sent out was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend CHW to every person I ever meet! That is how much confidence I have in Choice!

As I called CHW to report my furnace had stopped working, I was freezing, and wasn’t looking forward to freezing another night when I was told it may take up to 24 hours. It didn’t even take an hour before Dynamic Heating & Air Conditioning Solutions was scheduled, they called to set a time within the next three hours. The technician (Ryan) arrived very quickly. I was very fortunate, as Ryan is the service manager. He is the best technician ever. He was very professional and very respectful, and he explained everything to me where I could almost understand it. I just wanted to say THANK YOU CHW and Ryan from Dynamic Heating & Air Cond Solutions !!!

Our heat went out last Friday A claim was placed with Choice. Sat a Heating and Air guy came by but said I needed an electrician. The electrician could not come before Tuesday. He came on Tuesday and fixed the electrical switch that needed to be replaced and said the heating and air person needed to come back. The heating and air guy came the same day because my husband and I are senior citizens and we also had our 2 yrs old grandson with us. He worked hard to get us heat but was not able to get it working until Wednesday. The electrician called back to make sure we had heat. We were very impressed with the heating and air guy as well as the electrician. Thanks Choice.

My phone call with Damion R was perfect. He helped me understand and talked/walked me through everything. we did a three way call with my husband to also help us understand. He went over monthly and yearly perfect. He said that we wont be in a contract if we did monthly and that our payments would stay the same each year. He went over pricing and billing. He even gave us an additional 5% percent off. My dad recommended us to them and I wouldn't change our phone call or our experience. I called back to get some more information for who to call when something happens and everyone was so helpful the pointed me in the right direction to help me and answer my questions. I am looking forward to hearing from them again in the future for our home needs.

I've been a Realtor for over 14 years. I carry Choice Home Warranty on my own home and recommend it to my clients when they purchase a home. Having used a different warranty company in the past, I am THRILLED to have found Choice Home Warranty! Past warranty companies have kept me waiting days, even weeks, to schedule repairs. I spent 3 weeks without heat one winter due to the slow response time. When my heat went out two days ago, I filed a claim online and the NEXT DAY the HVAC technician, Air By Ahrens, called and came a day ahead of schedule. I HIGHLY recommend Choice Home Warranty. You won't be disappointed!

l had been looking at different Warranty companies and was getting really disappointed. The sales pitch of most companies were unbelievable! Very pushy salesmen, no regard for my questions, and spoke so fast I could hardly understand what they were selling. I mean, they could have been selling used cars for the amount of money most were asking for a 3-year warranty. Then, a friend of mine suggested Choice. I filled out the form online and within minutes Troy W called me. Troy answered all of my questions and even gave me discounts on my age. He also told me that Choice has plenty of people to come to my house or I could pick someone I knew to do the job. I have that choice. I also have a right to cancel Choice Warranty whenever I want to. No contracts are required. Billing was very easy and we took care of it over the phone. What a beautiful man and what a great salesman. He was very professional and kind. He didn't act like he was in a hurry to sell me something. Troy wanted to make sure that I truly needed this warranty and got everything I needed at a price I could afford. Where are all the good salesmen these days? Must all be at Choice Home Warranty!

I was checking my e-mail today & found the advertisement for Choice Home warranty. I had been thinking about having to repair some thing around my 20 some year old home. I decided to check them out. A very polite young man found my inquiry on the internet and called me. He was so informative that after a short conversation with him I decided quite quickly to sign up for the program he was offering. The cost was what I could afford & that was very important to me. I feel so much more secure for taking this step that I am sure will be needed in the near future. I couldn't afford to be without it. Thanks to the wonderful people that work for Choice Home Warranty. I can rest assured that necessary things will be taken care of if I need to do so. Thanks again for the person that helped me make this decision quickly.

I was very impressed with the way Choice Home Warranty handled my claim. I called them on a Wednesday and they had a servicemen here the very next day. He reached his hand out to greet me and introduced himself as Adam and went right to work on my garbage disposal, it was found to be beyond repair so he went ahead and replaced it with a new one right then and there. I paid Adam with a credit card for my service/house call fee. He thanked me and was out the door in less than 15-20 minutes. Was such a joy to work with a company that truly knows how to deliver great customer service ! Sincerely, Valerie LeMoine

On Monday, 9/10/18, I had service call for my dryer and the plumbing in the master. Both technicians called ahead like I was told - to tell me the approximate time each would arrive. The technician for the dryer did a thorough evaluation, answering all my questions as he went along. The plumber (and helper) looked at the bathroom sink in the master and did necessary adjustment so the water will now go out rapidly when I lift the rod.
I am very satisfied with the politeness and professionalism of the technicians that Choice Home Warranty uses. I will speak favorfably of CHW when any of my friends ask about a warranty service for their appliances.

I am so impressed with how quickly, your Account Specialist, Rachel A, responded to my inquiry on your Website! She responded to my inquiry within 8 minutes! Also, Rachel impressed me as being the most professional and caring person whom I have ever had the pleasure to work with! She assisted me with changing the current warranty we have, with Old Republic, to Choice Home Warranty, along with starting a brand new policy on our Residence! Rachel took the time to carefully explain everything to me. She made sure that my wife and I completely understood the policy options. Rachel did not pressure us. In fact, she have us plenty of time to make a decision on with policy option we would decide on. We will certainly share this with our family and friends, and encourage them to contact Rachel A, to start a plan with Choice Home Warranty! Thank you so much!

I was having a problem with my water heater.
I called CHW and within hours , they set up an appointment with a tech to have it looked at.
I was not happy with the appointment, but CHW included a phone number to the company that was having the tech come out.
I called the company and they were gracious enough to send a tech out on Friday instead of the following Monday because I was told by the person I spoke with who had a problem like mine and it was no fun not having hot water.
The Tech showed up at about 6PM.
I gave him the money for the service call and within a hour or less my water heater was up and providing my household with refreshing hot water ( you don't know what you have until you no longer have it.
A BIG THANK YOU to CHW.

Our Air Conditioner stopped working on Monday evening. I put in an on-line claim asking that someone could come soon because both my wife and I are elderly and have some health problems. Although the service repair man said he did not get the urgent request, he did come at noon yesterday (Tuesday). After investigating the problem, he determined that the fan motor and fan blade needed to be replaced as well as a capacitor and time-delay switch. Choice approved the repair. He took most of the unit to his shop to make sure that the fan a parts fit and were balanced properly. The job was completed by 4:30 in the afternoon, and my cost weas only the $60 service call charge. Thanks again, Choice Home Warranty!

I was contacted by Choice Home Warranty yesterday and spoke with agent Terry. He was very informative and explained the policy coverages and exclusions. He gave me a quote with the annual premiums and my options for payment. Throughout the entire conversation he was extremely polite, helpful and very pleasant. He is certainly an asset to your organization. Having been in sales ( I was an insurance agent for over 40 years) myself, I know how important it is to treat your client with respect and to answer questions that perhaps you might not think are important, but they are important to your client. Terry was certainly a perfect representative and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I had been considering a home warranty policy for some time and after speaking with this agent I did purchase the policy for an extended period when I realized I could actually "take the policy" with me if I moved to another house I purchased, or I could "transfer" the policy to the new buyer if I sold my home. Getting the policy just seemed like a win, win situation. If all customer service is as good as my experience with this agent I will indeed be a happy customer.

I sent a review yesterday but I do not think it went through. I had the pleasant experience of purchasing a six year program and I did it because of the professional manner Mr. Jake R handled himself. He was a true Pro. All my questions were answered immediately and the man definitely knows the product he is selling. I was more than comfortable with him. Dealing with him also proved t be quick because of his knowledge. There wasn't any..."I'll have to put you on hold to get an answer." He knew the answer. I hope all your associates are as professional as Mr. R. If so, he is what makes your company number one. He should be recognized for his dedication to your Corporation!

My very first attempt to contact Choice Warranty to open a claim was frustrating because it was entirely an automated contact by Choice, never spoke with a live person.
