My latest issue happened over the Thanksgiving Holiday and I didn’t think they would get back to me until the following week sometime. They helped me choose the right payment plan that fit my needs. I haven’t had to use the service yet, but the sign-up process was smooth and the rate is very reasonable. Hopefully, we won’t need it anytime soon, but I’m feeling confident and hopeful that the service will deliver when the time comes!
