My microwave is still broken since B&W came out to service it on December 11th. They said the hold up was getting the parts, now that the parts are in 2 weeks ago it's still not fix and I tried to get in touch with them by phone no return call but I e mail them and it's always the tech called in and someone else will give me a call that I never get the call. I call Choice Warranty today to talk to a supervisor they put me on hold for so long until I opt to have them call me back and no one have called me back. I pay for this service and zI can't get a microwave fix. I would had it it was my heating system

Dropped the ball concerning my a/c claim. Took Choice 25 days with me calling and sending emails trying to get results. All this during some of the hottest days of heat we have had. At one point, it registered 99 inside the house with heat index showing 115. My partner and I are 76 yrs old Nd have suffered terribly through this. Choice originally said it would be delivered the 7th, it wasn’t. When I tried to get any update, I got the run around, no would could give me any information. Their automated system referred me to their website. That indicated my claim was closed with no further information. My technician assigned also was in the dark as to what was going on. Four days ago he was kind enough to bring out a small portable unit to give is some relief. Today the unit is supposed to be installed, but again another delay due to missing boxes that should have been in the shipment. Would I recommend this company, absolutely NOT.

I had some friends that used them and had good results. They are very prompt in replying back to you. I'm waiting on a serviceman to fix my hot water heater. Sometimes the people they use I don't think are very good or very conscientious. I've been without hot water for 3 weeks now. It's the people they use not necessarily the company.

The technicians that I got were really great. When Choice Warranty comes, they diagnose the problem right away and then they don't get the part from like Amazon, which ended up being a like a week and half. I had an issue with my freezer so I lost all my food. And it goes on for over a week.

I've had so many problems with their service. I talked to the manager a few weeks ago and they want to refund me some money and I have yet to see it. I called them and told them that something was leaking and appears to be around the ceiling and they sent someone out. The person they sent out was a replacement gentleman with his own company and he was not interested in repairing anything. Come to find out when I called to switch service men, the gentleman had never even put the claim in and he told me they would not pay for the work. I called Choice after the new resident was in and they mentioned that the service man had never called in to talk to them. There was another scenario with the heater. It took him over a week to get there and he said he would have to put in a new thermostat and they would pay for that. And then it took another week for him to come out and said that Choice Home Warranty never paid him and wouldn't give them his business. I called my old repair guy and he came out for $150. It was fixed and I had no problems. In the last five months, I've had three claims and all of them turned out the same.

I had the washer broken down and they couldn't find the proper model and they only pay the cost. I cannot replace it and I'm very disappointed. The service that is provided, they don't consider an actual purchase price and I tried to explain it to them and they didn't listen.

I used them once with an electrical issue and it was good but right now there is a leak coming from my faucet and they said they wouldn't cover it under the warranty so I put in a complaint to see if they would reconsider and I think it is debatable but they might not cover it.

Some things are not covered but some things are. A couple of times they have been slow to find someone to come out, like with a plumbing issue I had, they couldn't get anyone for two weeks. For the most part the technicians are good, though a couple have been not good and should not be in the business at all.

It takes an extremely long tome for someone to come out to fix the problem, far too long. I needed them when my air conditioning went out in the summer and it was extremely hot and the quickest appoint they could get was about one week away and I ended up cancelling it and calling another air conditioning company to get it done sooner.

The don't do what they say they are going to do. We needed to use our home warranty for the drywall in the ceiling of the kitchen but choice didn't cover it. The plumber they sent out the first time made a whole in it without asking if it was covered under the warranty so we had to pay out of pocket and we weren't very happy.

I've had Choice Home Warranty for ten years and in the last few days, I've tried to use my account and I haven't been able to use it for something as simple as fixing a toilet. The people they sent in here are not professional and they could not help me. They told me I have to cold call. I did not appreciate the person that came out. Choice Home Warranty should listen to me all the way. I have top notch appliances and I don't feel like they need to be repaired and if the repair doesn't work and it needs to be replaced with something less than what I have, my understanding is that I have to call myself. I did not read anything like that. My experience is that they are low grade people here. They did not fix it and he did not intend of coming back. They said it was corrosion and that's not true. They took the word of a man that is not even in Kansas. And he did not speak to me in any kind of way that she should.

I was told I would get an answer to my appeal today and I would get a call and I didn't. It took me three days to get ahold of the person looking at my appeal. I finally got there by complaining to another office yesterday and she assured me that she would call me today. And of course, it's almost 7 o'clock and I haven't heard from her. This time my refrigerator water dispenser broke and the technician was very nice. He came out and they said the parts weren't covered in my policy. Nobody pointed that out to me when I bought the policy. So they said I could appeal it which I did the next day and it's still not resolved. I'm very disappointed in their sales tactics.

My husband was told there was coverage for the faucets and about two or three weeks later, our faucet leaks while we were out and so we called and first they couldn't find a plumber that would work on our stuff and then the next thing, we got a call from a plumber two days later and we turned the water off. They came back and were told it wasn't covered and that was very disappointing when we were giving different information in the beginning. Basically all they did was fix a little bit of rocking and it didn't make it go away, it was just an adjustment. We've been sitting on it for about four days and we are watching it very closely.

They didn't use the warranty replace the unit. I have wanted to recommend anyone to avoid this company because they don't cover a lot. I call like fifty times before someone calls me back. It probably took four days before someone came to my house.

They are pretty good on responding most of the time. We used it several times and they've covered the appliance four of the six times. One of them they said it was covered and they didn't cover it. That was the air conditioner.

They have the best price available but when called with an issue with my dryer, they told me that it would be a week before they could get service to it and when I called with questions about my renewal, I got a real jerk on the phone that tried to pressure me and not give me the time to make an informed decision.
