My feeling is that Choice takes the avenue that best benefits them than the customer, Two of my kitchen appliances we're cash out rather than Choice repairing. It would have been easier for me to have them put in new appliances than to have me worry with getting transaction to get items brought and delivered to me.

We've only had on incident since we started with them and they did fine on that so I would say that part is acceptable and satisfactory. Our dryer quit heating and we called a claim in and they sent a guy the very next day.

I had my refrigerator that went out and I called Choice Home Warranty. It was a buyout thing when Choice Home Warranty offered me two hundred and fifty dollars for a new refrigerator which was very impossible to get a new refrigerator for that price so I had to go make a long. And then I had an issue with that and I lost food and everything. I had to wait two or three to four weeks for a check to come in the mail. I feel like if they take money out of my account for my payment, there should be a way where you go and deposit money to the people's account instead of having to wait two or three weeks for it to come in the mail.

Our air conditioner went out. We were without air conditioning for three weeks because they couldn't get their stuff together. They wouldn't communicate with me during the process. That upset me. The second time, our refrigerator went out and they sent this guy out and they didn't really do anything, they said "turn this button this way and it's good". And I paid him cash, and that was my mistake because I never got a receipt. I don't really care for their customer service because they don't have any that I've dealt with. There was one lady that I kept calling about the air conditioning and I still wound up paying $1200 for the installation. I'm very disappointed in the way they do service. It seems like it takes forever to get it right.

If there was a way to give a 0 star rating that is what I would give. We put in a claim for a problem with our pool pump and first they had us send them copies of their two previous denial letters on two other occasions not related to this issue (which is weird that they wouldn't already have this information available themselves) and then say they will not handle this claim until we send proof that the two previous denials were fixed even though they have nothing whatsoever to do with this claim and what they said in their previous denials had nothing to do with what we were asking to fix. We are VERY frustrated and would not recommend them at all! Absolutely the worst customer service and will do anything NOT to pay claims.

Two weeks ago I filed a claim on my kitchen sink. They scheduled a technician to come out who never showed up. I messaged choice and they told me they'd get in touch with him. The next day my sink started spraying everywhere and leaking. I had to call someone in because it was an emergency. He ended up fixing it and I sent an invoice into choice for what he charged me and they refused to pay it saying he needed to get prior approval. Everytime I call in a claim they argue about it and deny it. I've had two good experiences. Once my stove broke and they sent out a nice man. He came out fixed it and no problem they paid him. The other time I had a guy come in and unplug my bathtub and he found something else wrong with it and they played for the unplugging but they wouldn't pay for anything else wrong with it. I'm sick of arguing with them. It's like a full time job just trying to get them to pay.

My air conditioning was not working properly so I had that repaired. I have a water leak coming from my room and it's not going to be covered, even though I paid for partial coverage. I'm very disappointed in the coverage. Especially because I paid an extra premium for the roof so I probably won't renew it next year.

They called a couple of times and they didn't cover what was needed to be covered so I was not very happy but I still reused Choice Home Warranty because it's cheaper to have it. In three years I end up paying out of my pocket because they don't cover the whole thing. It's like the small things they will fix, but when the perfect thing comes up, they just try to come up with excuses.

I just had one problem when I called and they contacted me within 24 hours. We agreed on a date for my dishwasher stuff. When I signed up, they called me seven or eight times trying to talk me into a customer and I told them I already was. They should know who their customers already are.

My interactions with them have all been positive. I needed to have it used recently. My toilet in the guest bedroom area was had sprung a leak and I was able to get a contractor in and he took care of it and everything was done in a reasonable time. I don't think anybody's perfect but they certainly responded very quickly and I was able to get the service I needed in a very timely manner.

Yes I had a claim on November eleventh and after two and a half months, they finally reported that the washer and dryer was unrepairable on January sixteenth. That information was supplied by four different technicians. The first technician was unqualified I didn't have any faith in him and I did not want him back in my house. The other 3 technicians were very good. Being without a washer and dryer caused so much stress for me with time and expense spent at the laundromat. My replacement for the washer and dryer cost over sixteen hundred dollars for both appliances and I think I should be reimbursed for the appliance that we're unrepairable as stated in their warranty. The dryer and washer were only five years old and they should have lasted twenty years and if they couldn't be repaired why should I have to pay sixteen hundred dollars for a new washer and dryer? They didn't help me. If they couldn't repair it they were supposed to replace it which they did not do.

The last time I had to use this service on my stove the repairman did a fine job and fixed the oven so it works just fine. He did a great job. But...I always get the feeling when I call in a problem that you are trying to find a way "Not To Fix It" I just get that feeling when I talk to the representative.
