Wouldn’t stop harassing me and calling me when I told them to stop for months. Contractors were terrible and I was still charged a fee even for covered repairs. Totally not worth it

Most vendors do not show up to perform repairs. Choice finds every angle not to honor a claim. I.e. garage door spring broke (covered item) which caused door to come off track. Choice denied claim because door was off track???

I regret getting this warranty. You have to use whoever they send. Then they do not service your product or not covered by warranty, so you pay double fees, first the warranty service fee then the service call and repairs. So disappointed. Definitely a rip off.

They would not approve a replacement circuit breaker like the one that didn't work. A circuit breaker that is an ARC Fault breaker and required for the house. They schedule a contractor without inquiring what days or times would work instead of having the contractor call to set an appointment. I would not recommend them.

My stove clock which operates the clock and electric oven stop working. It can’t be replaced based on age. Choice is only giving my $389. It will cost me over $6000 to replace the stove. There is no justice in the very little payment. Please consider a larger payment.

Absolutely terrible, cancelled after three weeks waiting for them to find an AC tech in the area! Charged twice for same call out, the original tech said he would no longer work for them since they never paid in time and he had to fight to get his money from them.

Additional from previous review. On dishwasher claim they offered $272 to replace Kenmore Elite stainlees steel machine. They also simply send you a check within 30 days. Very difficult to deal with. If you expect to have your appliances replaced with a like macine in a timely hassle free manner, Choice is not what you want.

Can’t reach anyone by phone, you have to wait for Choice Warranty to call back. Then they set up a technician to come out over a week away. Frig wasn’t working, operator didn’t care I was loosing all my groceries, about $300. Couldn’t get an apt sooner, Choice Warranty doesn’t care

They don't honor their word.. Charge you and then tell you. They don't cover that, after telling you they'll send someone out for the same issue, They know they won't cover. Tell you they have no one to come out. And do the work so to hire your own people, and then pay you less than 1/3 of what it costs to have it fixed. Not honorable.

THEY TOOK FOREVER TO ASSIGN A VENDOR. They did finally offer the option to be reimbursed and find my own vender. The reimburseent procedures are so complicated that my vendor did not want to do it. Therefore I did not get any reimbursement.
