They will find a way to not honor their promise to make a costly repair. Had an AC failure that their AC repair man said was not due to normal use even though I have had the unit serviced annually since installation. He then tries to sell his repair services. Baloney! Having Choice Home Warranty is an epensive disappointment.

Did feel they are not on the up and up as was hoping, concerning they were a recommended through aarp. I still had to payout $6200.00 for a furnace. I can I'll afford that kind of cost on my income. My feeling is ponze sheme going on here. You make it sound very legit, I rate your company as low as do Carshield. SUCKS.

They have not refunded the money from my refrigerator! They would not cover the parts to fix it ! I had t purchase a new refrigerator! I was then told that they would send me a check to cover the part that they covered! This was all supposed to be taken care of by my case Worker? No check! They are very hard to work with!
