We've used it several times but we've had several issues with one project in particular. They kind of went back and forth on whether they were going to cover it or not and they changed their story like six times. So anyway, that was not a good experience.

There's been an issue sometimbes betweencustomer service and the actual setting up. My dryer was broken and so I called choice and they were able to get into contact with the vendor pretty quickly to get that fixed.

I have included my ceiling fans in my home and when one wasn't working they told me that they weren't going to cover it because it was the light portion of the fan that was not working. It just seems like a picky reason not to cover something. They did the same with my dryer. They gave me an excuse that something hadn't been cleaned out enough. They don't cover half of what they say they'll cover.

I've used it like two to three times. I have had the same problem for a washer, was going bad and I guess they expired after thirty days and I would have to do another service call and pay again seventy-five dollars.

Unfortunately, I have had 4 claims of which 2 were denied. One of the claims was extremely difficult to get anyone to speak to me. The second one the technician said the claim wouldn't be covered but he could do it for a cost. When I looked at the online status, CHW said it had been approved. Ended up fixing it myself

warranty repair service is great. When they are unable to repair your appliance, they offer you a cash value that is supposed to be based on the national avg. However, the cash value you receive is nowhere near the avg, in fact way below the lowest price you'll find.

They are disappointing half the time. In some cases when they have to replace stuff they don't. They offer you money which is not sufficient. They have hidden rules and things they don't cover. They are cheaper but than their service is also in the same category.

They were pretty good with customer service. Our washer went down and we needed a replacement and they were able to get us money toward that unfortunately it did not cover what the cost of a new washer would be but we did get some support.
