I had very quick service on my dryer but about a month later, they would/could not even locate a service for my refrigerator and messed around for 4 days without scheduling anything even though I told them to get something scheduled now even if it is 2 weeks away it would be 2 weeks from today instead of 2 weeks from a week from now. They never did make an appointment and I had to call Sears, who came out on the dryer, and schedule an appointment for 13 days out which could have been scheduled 4 days earlier and probably my service call would have been 4 days sooner. On the first call, the service was excellent. On the second call, they have left me wanting to get a refund because I had to spend over an hour of my time to find and schedule service which is what I am paying them to do. Were it not for the warranty coverage for my refrigerator in need of repair, I would have demanded a refund immediately. As it is, I have to pay for the repair then get a reimbursement from them. Why could they not have called the exact same repair people that they used before instead of creating such a hassle for me. Again, I am giving 2 stars because the first service was definitely 5 star while I can't rate the second service lower than a 1 star.

Almost almost every time I've needed to use it they sent someone to fix it and they did a good job and it was finished. They usually respond to what we inquire. A couple of times I didn't understand why something would or wouldn't be covered. It's just Most of the time they respond positively to what I asked for

It takes forever for them to answer the phone, but when they do they're very nice. My air conditioner went out and they couldn't send anyone for several days. My refrigerator went out they sent someone. It went out again in three weeks and they sent someone out with a part and now it's working correctly now.

I had a decent experience with the service. They were accurate and quick in addressing my needs. I've had them replace my kitchen garbage disposal and service my air conditioning unit, which was a bit confusing at times, but overall, they handled it well. Would recommend for similar home repairs.

You came to my attention that home shield would have fixed the wall it's not your problem because I am mountain didn't fix the wall when it come to my plumbing it's use hose and in the laundry room and you know they just couldn't hardly wouldn't fix the wall and a plaster that so That's why I'm giving you 3 sours I'm other than that they came when they said they were gonna come in they did what they were gonna do

The first time I had to use it for my water heater, it took five days to get someone here because the technicians kept looking for parts, which he couldn’t get so we had to replaced it, which required approval which was hard to get so it took five days to get hot water. The technician was very pleasant and courteous.

I know they try to get technicians out here as quick as they can. The price is reasonable compared to other home warranty programs. We had to wait a whole week to with my claim on my refrigerator and I don’t think that was appropriate but it was quick enough service when my AC went out.

Some of the service people you sent were reasonable. Recently my microwave broake and I needed a part which wasn't available. So Choice Home Warranty ordered me a new microwave but the price they wanted to pay me for it really didn’t cover it. So I got it directly from the factory. I had to put it in after the date of back and forth with one fo the service people. They decided to pay almost the whole amount but I did have to kind of negotiate.

Everyone I’ve ever come in contact with has been professional, though it can be hard to get a hold of customer service in a timely manner sometimes. I had to use my warranty for a brand new dryer that I had purchased a year ago and to my despair I needed to get a completely new one because it wasn’t feasible to do repairs.

Having a warranty can be helpful if some appliances don’t work. The service they provide is prompt and the people are very courteous and respond quickly. My only concern is when they reimburse you, they don’t disclose the payment is not enough to cover the appliance.

Easy to use and easy to get an appointment. So far things are good. I had to use them for my oven. I went online and set an appointment for a couple of days later. They came within the time and within thirty minutes the problem was determined and resolved.
