I've had no problems with Choice. I needed my garbage disposal fixed and within a few days it works and has been fine ever since. The guy that fixed it knew what he was doing and cleaned up when he was done.

It took me going through more than one person to file a claim, so I wish it was an easier process. My garage door wouldn't open so I called them and once I got through the initial person, they assigned a company to come out and fixed it the next day. One thing I don't like is that I was contacted by Choice that if I went with an older security system I would get a free service call. When I called them back to talk more about it, they said they had no record of that conversation, so I feel ripped off by Choice.

I've been with this company for a long time. They always get someone out here quickly after I file a claim. Just recently, I had a problem with the garage door. The person came the next day and corrected the situation.

My realtor recommended I go with Choice Home Warranty. The first few incidents I had did not go very well, but they sent me the support I needed. Our oven wasn't working and it took several days before someone finally came out to fix it.

When we made a call to get something fixed, they came out that very same day. I'm impressed with their prompt service and the technicians are very professional.

For the few times I have needed repair work, Choice has been responsive to meet my need. Ionce had a repair that did not hold up. I called and reported this to Choice and they sent another repairman with no service call charge.

I went with Choice because they had an extended plan where I could buy multiple years at a time for one good price. I've used the warranty multiple times and haven't had any issues except for them having a hard time finding dependable technicians to show up. They're a good value overall, but they do try to find ways to deny your claim and that's disappointing.

I was unhappy with my previous service so I switched to Choice Home Warranty because of their reasonable price. I've used them several times and one of my claims ended up getting fixed but the other one didn't work out. Their technicians are polite and capable, and it's easy to schedule someone to fix something.

One time they pissed me off because they argued over an eighteen dollars for a part for the ice maker the first time they had to pay for something. Other times I have had great experiences with them. They just finished fixing my oven. They replaced two parts with no problems. I was very pleased.

My microwave and ceiling fan have been repaired and I am in the process with my oven. It looks like it going to have to be replaced since we’ve had two different repair people to replace parts. Choice has been my warranty providers for two years. To date, they’ve been dependable, honest and fair with a few exception the increased service fee is too much but I can live with it. You don’t offer A/C and heating system maintenance. AHS does. I hope they one day exceed all competitors.

When I used my warranty for my refrigerator it took them four days to repair it but it was a good thing. You have no idea who they are sending out. Sometimes it is nice to order the work here. I would like to renew the service but the price went from sixty dollars for a service call to seventy five and that is not fair.

I have not been happy with the service ...when the air-conditioner had to be repaired I heard there was a list of reasons why it would not be covered...so there pretty much needs to be an act of God for it to be fixed///turned out that most was covered under warranty but they tried to charge me for everything...the microwave in the house has need fixing now about 4 times and eac htime it costs us 60 dollars and supposedly the last time it was just going to be replaced but again do as little as required was the approach

Terribly slow service. Over a month and two contractors later. Still no dishwasher. Edit: It took forever, but we finally got our dishwasher fixed after working through two contractors to do so. Since then we have had some plumbing issues and those repairs were a much better experience. Increasing our rating to reflect this. It seems that you're really at the mercy of whatever contractor they assign. If you get assigned a poor one, get ready for a real hassle, but most of the contractors assigned so far have been pretty good overall.

Most of my experience have all been positive. Only one was I not satisfied. A gentleman came out for my refrigerator and did not actually fix the problem and when I called choice about it, I had to pay for a different person to come out because the original one was no longer available.
