I have to say that Choice Home Warranty has been amazing. They are very professional, generous and have great customer service. They always give me options for paying my policy and really good incentives. When I have had an appliance die on me or have a weird problem, my stress level increases. They are always so very pleasant and the technicians come right away. I had to have my washing machine replaced and I was freaking out because I am a mom that can’t go without a washer. They gave me options to expedite my getting a replacement. I was truly thankful. I’m so glad I have them…no joke.

I have been with choice home warranty for over a year, and was with another company previously. The level of service I receive from choice is incredibly superior to the other company. When I have a claim they are on it and usually get a notice that it’s been accepted by the contractor. They can’t control the honesty of these people and it’s up to the homeowners to report them for either a no show or accepting the $85.00 service charge and never seeing them again. When you have this kind of dishonesty report it and choice takes it very seriously. This company is great and I highly recommend them for your repairs. You won’t regret signing up with them. They are so responsive to your needs and have a great attitude when you call and can understand the person at the other end as a hearing impaired Marine Corps Veteran. I filed 2 claims online around midnight. The next morning I received an email with the pool pump appt. set for 2 days later. That went well and the tech had the new pump on his truck. Great experience. The other claim was for a AC Fan Motor that was not working. I called CHW to verify they had the claim in their system. They said give us till the end of the day to assign the claim to a tech company. The next day the tech came out and got authorization to replace the Fan Motor. This claim also went well. (I did give the tech a lot of info. as to what I had already discovered) The bottom line is this: know as much info. as possible about the problem at hand, communicate clearly to CHW the info. and talk and participate with the tech if at all possible. Be a informed and engaged consumer.

We have had Choice Warranty as our service provider since 2015. We have never been disappointed with any service they have provided for us. Home Warranty Service is a insurance, you pay for it so when you need it, it is there for you. Choice has not raised our rates since 2015 and in these hard times of inflation that truly is a blessing for retires as us. We are in our 80's and we deeply depend on dependable companies such as Choice in our time of need. We have heard some horror stories about other home warranty companies, but we can honestly state that Choice Warranty Co. has been a company for the past seven (7) years that we depend on if any of our homes covered devices fails and they have been there for us each and every time.

My hot water heater was malfunctioning, I called CHW, they sent a technician the following day. The technician told me the claim for replacement might not be accepted but he will put it in anyway. The technician told me if not approved, it will cost me around $2,200 to fix the issue. Ooh boy!, I was already sweating, calling different specialists for quotes. 45 minutes after the technician left, I received an email from CHW that my claim was APPROVED. It was like a dream, unexpected, It was a joy over filled, And they were waiting for my consent so the job could be completed. Thank you so much CHW.

Having Choice Home Warranty for a few years it has been comforting knowing we have this level of coverage for major repairers that might occur and minor ones as well. Always, when I've placed a request for help with a repair I have done it with the confidence it will be quickly attended to. I appreciated staff who have helped with prior repair issues and have just renewed our policy for another 5 years and finalized that contract with the help of Leo Sobbagh. Leo was very professional, explained the new coverage, was patient in answering our questions ... we felt he represented CHW well and appreciated his time with us!

I've heard horror stories about home warranty companies but my experience has been great so far. I called in a request and was given a claim number. Within 10 hours I had an email with the assignment of the contractor to come out. I placed the claim on a Friday and the technician was scheduled for Monday. The technician called to let me know what time to expect him so I didn't have to wait around so much. He got there, got the job done quickly and explained what the problem was. I paid him the call-out fee and he was on his way. I would definitely recommend Chiice Home Warranty to any homeowner.

Choice Warranty has been an efficient and a professional company who actually responds to calls. Not only do they return calls, their contracted technicians do as well! I've never heard of Choice before but I've decided to give it a try after I did some online research. I currently have American Home Shield for another property, and it's been extremely frustrating for the last 3 1/2 months, and is still not resolved yet. Once my contract is finished I'll switch over to Choice. The bonus in all of this is the representatives from Choice are U.S. employees with coherent communication skills and 100% of American Home Shield employees are from off shore except for their salesmen. Having the opportunity to compare both companies at the same time gives me a true assessment of a company's integrity. My choice is Choice!

Decided to switch from American Home Shield to Choice because keeping it long term made better dollars and sense for how I use it. The monthly premium is lower with he per service call being 10 dollars more and while I pay monthly I don't have month service repair calls. That said, in the 3 years I've had the service I have called them for 6 repairs. Washing machine once. Dryer, once at a different time. stove heating element. and then I filed 3 plumbing claims Garbage Disposal in Kitchen stopped working, faucet drip in hall bathroom and the toilet had become unseated in the hall bathroom. They sent a service tech who combined all of those into one 85 dollar service and replaced the garbage disposal with one more powerful, completely replaced the faucet in the hall bathroom and reseated the toilet. The tech considered it all plumbing and should be covered under one service call and called Choice Home Warranty and they agreed. Great Value I'm still a paying customer of Choice Home Warranty

I was in an emergency situation…just about to return home from a destination wedding and our honeymoon, I received a picture on Tuesday afternoon from the house sitter about possible water damage that was just noticed. Got home the very next day and it had gotten much worse in just 24 hours! As soon as I received the notification on Tuesday, I file a CHW claim and by Wednesday, they had scheduled a plumber to come out on Thursday morning! The plumbing company they sent was amazing, from confirming the appointment, sending status updates for arrival times, determining the cause of the leak, the calming me down as they explained the possible extent of the damage, explaining the process for repair & restoration, all the way to fixing the leak! CHW approved the repair and cleared the way, in regards to peace of mind, for the restoration process to begin. I am so thankful to CHW and the plumbing contractor for fast action and coverage!

I have 2 experiences of repairs with them till now. One for a failed refrigerator in July and another for an issue of a furnace at my home recently. Both times, I logged in the claim online, it was immediately acknowledged and shared with their vendor network (as informed to me). Within a day I was assigned a technician, who visited within a reasonable time (a day or two) to diagnose the issue and repair. While the furnace was repaired on the same day of visit (which was a day after reporting the issue), the Ref needed longer time as the repair was more significant. In either case, all I had to pay was a one time service fee for the technician's visit as per the contract. Rest everything was taken care of by Choice without any fuss. The technician was very courteous, did a good job in keeping me informed of the issue, the process and finally getting the issue fixed. All along, Choice also kept me informed of the process by posting progress of the process in my a/c of its website. Overall, a reliable, comfortable and satisfying experience. Good work Choice!

Today is Friday November 5th the issue that brought them to my home was we didn't have any hot water on Thursday the 4th I also called a company I've dealt with before and he couldn't even relate my pilot I have a gas water heater didn't even try cleaning anything said there was sentiment build-up but I didn't have an expansion tank that I should have had so I so I set up temporarily believe it or not a new water heater install but ended up sticking to my guns not having them get here So when the Tech got here from CHW is from CH w's list of contractors contractors he did remove The sediment build up, then re lit the pilot!! Paid low deductible. A newly installed water heater thru other company would have been 2200!!

Many times Choice Home Warranty came through for us. It has been good when processing claims. But certain times in the past, they did look for some loopholes or a sub-standard contractor was used, when we had redo and re-incur a new contractor and a new incident all over. However, lately Choice Home Warranty has started using slightly better contractors. Customer service has been good both when you claim, and of course, when you renew. Overall: Is it worth your money? This is pretty dicey for each individual. As a customer, you feel when a claim is put, it goes through and when that does not happen and you feel you already sunk the cost in getting a long term policy and additionally incurring a service charge, a customer feels like they never break even. With CHW, we have had the claims processed and amounts appropriately calculated in the case of a replacement. I have been a long standing customer for CHW. I renewed three times with them. I would want to ensure the risk averseness vs. cost benefit analysis is done. In some people, the risk averseness may be a too high a factor driving them to take any home warranty policy even though the benefit they get on the policy for the tenure may not be much. I hardly incurred claims in the last three years, especially owing to new appliances for which we again buy extended warranties. And the home warranty always looks for loop holes with big ticket items like A/C units. So, you have to weigh your options carefully.

We are new to choice home warranty and did not know what to expect. Our first claim was our dishwasher and Jamie with jn appliances was quick to respond and was friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced a fuse in the dishwasher which is a very old model but we want to keep if possible. Unfortunately it quit working on first wash cycle so we put in a second claim. Our claim was instantly generated and we would be happy getting the same technician again if possible. Even though our dishwasher is not yet working, we are happy with the effort from choice home warranty and are secure in knowing your company will ultimately take care of us!!

The young man 'Nick' was very professional and yet very nice. He approached the job with confidence and within about 3-40 mins had the problem fixed.Only thing is my amount to pay has doubled..and for me that makes a hardship as I live on social security. I am Han d clapped in a wheel c hair so I cannot work. Your company would do a great service to have reduced many for handicapped seniors. I am grateful my dryer is fixed but now I have to be careful how much I use it..lol..$$$ everything is about money And politics..Thank you tho..i appreciate how quickly you got the problem fixed. She called meright away after requesting a quote and gave me all the information, answered my questions and held while I did a 3-way call with my husband so we could hear it together. After answering his questions and giving us a great deal 3.5 yr plan/promos. We decided to come over to CHOICE HOME WARRANTY. I hope that we will be as pleased with the plan as we are with Tracey. The customer service was very friendly & patient with me trying to explain the problem I was having with my washing machine. I am very hard of hearing so she had to repeat herself several times & did not make me feel bad because I could not understand her. The service tech that was sent to my home on 8/13/21 was very professional & it didn't take him but a few minutes to find what was wrong with the washer. After his complete inspection, he determined the washer would cost more to repair then it was worth. This was Priority Appliance Repair, Tech-Yuriy D. If I have any other appliance problems, I would always request him.

Choice Home Warranty so far hasn’t let me down. I purchased my home in April 2021 and have had two incidents, 1st my hvac system was clogged and started leaking I called choice and they had a vendor scheduled within 24hr to come out to fix it, 2nd incident was a day ago my pool pump had a leaky valve and I went online put in a claim and within 2hrs a vendor called and said he was near by and could stop by to take a look at the pump to see what all work needed to be done and after inspecting the pump he knew exactly what was wrong and repaired it right then. Each service only cost me a small service fee instead of a huge repair bill that I in no way could afford being a 1st time homeowner. I highly recommend this company to protect your home and wallet. If anything changes over the years I will do an update .

110 degrees and my a/c died! I called on Friday night and the earliest they could schedule me was Monday. That certainly is understandable with the current Heatwave I'm sure many people are having problems. The technician showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment, and couldn't have been any nicer. I am fostering a high-energy dog who was pestering the tech to throw Frisbee for him. The tech was more than accommodating and got me up and running in less than 30 minutes. I forgot the technicians name and can't find the paper I wrote it on. Shame on me it's only four letters and started with an R

A broken AC is never a good thing, but a broken AC during a Louisiana summer in the middle of Extreme Heat Advisories for consecutive days would be catastrophic! In less than 24 hours of my AC stopping it's cooling , I had a technician at my home with my AC blowing cold air again...yes, less than 24 hours! I've had several home warranty companies in the past. But never have I had a claim filed and completed in less than 24 hours with any of those companies until I became a customer of Choice Home Warranty. the best thing about this is that they work hard to find someone to fix my problem. See I broke the flange on the toilet on Thursday night. I called and someone answered the phone right away. Of course they won't find someone to come out that day, however iI was scheduled for Monday. They give you the companies name and phone number. The repairman that I received came out that Sunday because I explained to him that Monday would be hard for me because I work nights and need to sleep. I am not telling you that this would happen in every situation. What I am saying is that the repairman that came out was very curious, and professional!

I love that I can call Choice Home Warranty and give them my acct number and tell them what appliance or refrigerator or air conditioner is not working properly. Then they call a reputable repair company of whom I am contacted by and set up a quick appt date and time. They have always shown up on time look at the problem and then let me know what is wrong. They call Choice Home Warranty Co and let them know what the problem is. Whether they have to order a part or if its not fixable this company will send me a check and it comes fairly quickly in the mail and that way I can either get it replaced or the repair man comes back in a timely manner and fixes the problem. The 2 repair companies that have came out to my house has been Lionel Drummond with L&K Appliance Repair and also Mike White with White's Services Company in Air-conditioning. These 2 men are very knowledgeable and highly qualified for the job to be successfully completed.

The technician from Gator Drain & Plumbing, Jordan, was extremely professional in completing the task of fixing our plumbing. He thoroughly explained what he was doing, and what needed to be done in the future to prevent further plumbing troubles. The service beginning with the request for submitting a claim through the help of our Account Manager Dionne Fragoso was seamless. The quick response via the claim submission to the service provider was quick; heard back from Diane at Gator Drain & Plumbing within an hour. All communications between the parties was terrific. We highly recommend Dionne Fragoso, Jordon Dillon and Diane for your warranty and plumbing needs.

The service rep came out and looked at my washer and stove and was very thorough. He answered all our questions in my opinion honestly which I truly appreciate. At the end when it came to payment he was expecting a fee for each appliance. When I made the claim the gentleman on the phone told me that since these are in the same category I would not have to pay a double fee. I ask really, I thought it was per appliance. He said not if they are there on the same day. I offered to give him a check for the other appliance since it was supposed to be that way but he refused it. I paid him the first fee in cash and requested a receipt as proof, which he did provide.

This is my first year with CHW and my first claims(s). BOTH air conditioner went out within a week apart. The first claim was handled very professionally and timely by CHW and the technician they dispatched. I was extremely pleased. While the second claim did not go as smoothly or as timely as the first - due strictly to the new technician dispatched - CHW handled the problem very professionally. They reassigned the claim to the first technician who again resolved the problem in a timely manner. As a result of the two claims I am extremely pleased with my change to CHW and confident that they will professionally handle any problems that may arise.

My initial reaction was a bit of frustration. However, the CHW team have a unique quality that I haven’t seen in most corporate entities and that’s simply, discretional remedy. Subsequently, my concerns were addressed to the fullest and the A/C company came back to my house to effect the necessary repairs and I’m more that satisfied. I’ve had 2 of my immediate family members cancel their services with other companies to switch to CHW and following their recent repairs done to their house in Katy, Texas, they only had good things to say and has also told our church members to consider switching to CHW as well. My A/C wasn't functioning (outside unit wouldn't shut off). I noticed it early Friday a.m. July 2nd. With the 4th holiday weekend just under way--I dreaded the thought that I'd probably get scheduled after the 5th. Called Choice early morning--and to my surprise, I was scheduled for a repair appointment that same afternoon!! Wow, I was truly grateful for such immediate service!! The repair company was professional and fixed the problem. This was our first year with Choice--only had to use them twice--but each time was very satisfied with their immediate response to the problems. I will definitely renew again and highly recommend Choice. p.s. We were with American Home Shield for almost 25 years but their rates became astronomical as well as their service call fees. They had no loyalty to long-time customers like us--so I dumped them. They did a courtesy follow-up call about 4 months later--I told them--too late--too bad!

I’m joyful to tell about my experience with choice home warranty because was both amazing because I didn’t think there was any home warranty that offer totaled home cover as they offer me without me having to do no maintenance twice a year and great because I been having problems with technicians from my previously home warranty one took three weeks after they had received the part that was order and another wrote a false report on my expense and just recently my husband had to replace the hot water tank himself because it was cheaper anyway I’m greatly satisfied that a company like choice home exit, I thought I had to overpay to get the best service and cover but not so with choice home warranty.

When I bought my condo in 2017, Choice Home Warranty is who the seller selected for the 1yr warranty company as part of the sale agreement. I renewed it all 3 years I lived there because they were easy to work with (I think I used the warranty once for my dishwasher.) When I sold the condo and bought my house, the seller chose a competitor for warranty coverage on the house. Used them once for something minor - but just wasn't impressed. Rather than renew with them - I switched back to Choice Home Warranty. I would highly recommend them due to easy claim process, friendly staff, fast response, and competent contractors. Hopefully nothing happens at my house, but if it does - I won't have a melt down knowing Choice will be there to help :)

Jamie the Electrician was great! He checked the bathroom fan assembly, motor, etc. to try to figure out why the thing was so noisy and if it was pulling out the correct amount of air in the room. He even went up into the attic to see if anything was causing the fan to be blocked or was loose which could be causing the fan to be so noisy. He was able to quiet it down so it's not sounding like a buzz saw and is pulling the humidity out of the room as it's supposed to be when operating. He cleaned up after himself and left the area he was working in as clean as he found it before starting to work. He was prompt, efficient, and knew what to look for to fix my problem. I would call him again.

First time we had to use our warranty. Phone is answered 24/7. The person on the phone was so helpful, starting the claim was a breeze following the easy prompts. Had a confirmation of a service man with a time window of service within an hour. The service man was on time, so professional , explained everything. Found the problem with our refrigerator quickly, he came equipped with the part to fix it and it was working perfectly in an hour. Can not say enough about Choice Home Warranty, they have top service people that work for them. We are so very glad to have the peace of mind that we have with Choice Home Warranty.

Choice turned out to be a good overall home warranty company. They covered almost every claim I ever submitted and the list of technicians they had and sent out were very good and reputable. They sold me on the fact that I could choose my own companies for repairs, however there is a catch to that which is you have to pay the company yourself and they reimburse you all or some of the cost instead of all of it if you use who they choose. For this company I never had major things just mostly washer, dryer, and dishwasher claims. All were taken care of. Now they don’t have all the bells and whistles in their policies that some of the other companies have, however some of those to me didn’t matter and the cost of the plan was more important to me. The biggest deal maker for me on this one is that even though my ac unit was under manufacturer warranty they still covered it especially the labor which the manufacturer would not cover. I was happy with the ease of filing a claim electronically. Someone usually called within 24hrs to schedule for a claim that was not emergent. I would recommend them and would use them again.

We had plumbing issues with our kitchen sink. One company came out and tighten a couple of things that proved to be a short fix. We left tubs under the sink to make sure there were no more leaks. Thank God that we did. Both sides started leaking again. We contact Choice Home Warranty again and they sent out another plumbing company, JFK Plumbing and Drain cleaning. They found the problem and are going to replace the garbage disposal. The workman, Mike, was very thorough trying to find the problems. One side was easy, the other side didn't show itself yet, but I am continuing to watch it and will take photos of leak as he suggested, if it occurs. There has been phantom grimlins at work in the kitchen sink plumbing! Mike was very respectful, informative and professional. He wore a mask and slippers over his shoes. Hope that they send him out again for the follow-up of the garbage disposal.

I am grateful for the excellent follow-up Home Choice Warranty did on my behalf after a technician did not initiate or follow through with their services, Millers Professional Service, LLC was sent out to my home and Ed is EXCELLENT in his craft and very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find what the problem was with my stove. Most excellent is I did not have to pay service fee twice. I have been a paying customer for over 5-years and only disappointed once, not by Choice, but a vendor they used. I am aware everyone is not professional, knowledgeable, or has great integrity; which I understand,. Choice Home Warranty hopefully will discontinue the use of those vendors. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. I contacted HCW about my heat not working they immediately responded. They email me to let me know I would be receiving a technician with 24 hrs. They also gave me an option for there reimbursement program. I choose to let them get in touch with a technician. The technician contacted me within the 24hrs . The tech arrived and with 30 minutes he had changed out a motor on my heating system. My heat was now working. The tech then explain to me what happen and why he changed out the motor. CHF is great company and the company that serviced my unit is the best. The company was very knowledgeable I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I love the thought of someone having my back when something goes wrong but it feels like I'm just a number you should make everyone feel better than that and the company should be able to make sure there is a tech that's able to come out for you if the tech cant be reached the customer is just screwed and that's not good for anyone! Please see it through to make sure that everything and everyone is ok and the appointment goes through for the customer because this is second time I've had to call to request service for my heater the first call we waited 5 days with no one showing up or calling and the outside is very cold theres snow on the ground and we need to get the heater fixed asap if I can get the heater fixed on this call I'm going to start paying yearly to keep coverage going I just dont fully trust the company yet but that would really raise my trust level

My first appointment was not resolved, the plumber said the leak is inside the wall of the shower. He replaced parts, had to call him back twice. he was nice and seemed to know what he was doing but it leaked even when he left the first time. Called Home choice warranty and they sent him back out. That was in November 2020. I called him back Dec and called in January 2021, he came back out and He fixed the dripping Faucet. Yeah Then I have a pipe leaking under my mobile home, I am scheduled to have that fixed tomorrow. That should go well . I might get coverage again. Will see what happens. Thank you. Laurie Cumbie

Awesome experience. I currently had a Home Warranty with another Company and it was getting ready to renew. The cost of my policy seemed to continue to go up, even though a claim had never been filed. Calling Choice Home Warranty is the best decision I have ever made. No only was I able to get the exact same coverage, but was also able to add on an item that I felt I needed to have!! The best part is I’m still paying much less than on my previous policy, not too mention that I elected for the VIP package (locked in for life price) which gives me an even further discount, and instead of paying monthly over the life of the agreement, I made a down payment and three additional monthly payments and my policy is paid in full for the next three years. Lastly, the gentleman assisting me was very pleasant, easy to understand, listened to my concerns, offered options, and ultimately made the entire experience AWESOME!!! In the early hours of Christmas morning my furnace went out, I called choice warranty and their representative attempted to locate a repair person who was enrolled in their system. Shortly thereafter I received a email from choice warranty telling me that their search for a repair person had come up empty; allowing me to locate a local repair service in order to get my furnace back in operation as soon as possible. After calling numerous heating and air conditioning businesses in the local area I was finally able to make contact with the service individual on standby for a company called Precision Mechanical. The service technician on call for my area was located in a town an hour and 1/2 away from my address. There technician responded to my address in a professional manner; troubleshooting my problem and finding a defective igniter unit in my furnace. This technician did not have a igniter unit with him consequently he called another technician in my local area who had a unit in his company vehicle. My technician was able to obtain this unit returning to my address and complete my furnace repair. This technician was very courteous and professional in all aspects pertaining to my problem. Great job completed by a excellent technician. Thank you my friend!

My furnace went out early Sunday morning. When I got up it was 60 degrees in the house. I called Choice Home Warranty on Monday morning and I got a confirmation email that said a technician was assigned to my claim and someone would contact me to confirm my appointment on Tuesday. I received a call from Air Pro 1, and the best technician ( Bryan J) showed up at my house Monday afternoon (because he had extra time and wanted to get a jump on what was wrong with my furnace). He was so thorough and explained to me what was wrong. He had to order a part and he said he would return Tuesday morning to get my furnace all fixed. Bryan got here fIxed my furnace and showed me what he had done. He was so polite, caring and knowledgeable. Bryan really cares about the work he does and his customers. I will have to say it's been a crazy year with this COVID-19. I appreciate that Choice Home Warranty Customer Service has been dealing with me and my two issues. One of them is still to be finalize due to a broken dishwasher. But because it has delayed some people getting things fixed, I was glad that everyone was still looking for an contractor to make their way out. I was frustrated with one issue and an agent contacted me and promised me that they are still working to find someone to come out. So with all of these issues this year, great job to all the service reps working hard to satisfy everyone's issues!

I have had "Choice Home Warranty" (CHW) for a couple of years and I never had to use their services until this year, 2020. I read over my warranty service paperwork and I made the call because my heat was not working properly. After the hurricane aftermath made its way through Atlanta, GA I noticed that my heat was turning on but the house wasn't warming up. CHW scheduled my appointment with one of their contractors, they came out and analysed what the problem was, I paid my low deductable and they fixed my heat! The contractor that was sent out to my house was great. He explained exactly what he was doing step-by-step the entire time that he was at my house. The service was great!

Wayne was really excellent. The switch over from American Home Shield was a no-brainer with all the company itself has to offer at a lesser price point...but Wayne was just an added bonus as a great customer service representative. Wayne was knowledgable, efficient, polite, had a great sense of humor, he explained everything thoroughly including both plans and what they have to offer, and his ability to take a quick payment over the phone to make the transition simple and easy, is proof that Choice Home Warranty will thrive with him as a team member. Thank you guys so much for protecting our home at a lesser cost with more options than what we already had! We now have an annual savings of over $250.00 because of you guys! If you keep hiring great customer service reps like Wayne, you will definitely grow the business even more than you already have because you surely have a diamond in the rough with him!

I have had the misfortune of having to call on CHW a few times in the past few years. However, fortunately I had a contract with them and had all of my problems taken care of by them. I found that the low service fee I needed to pay to the service provider was extremely lower then if I did not have CHW. The service providers were all top shelf with compashion for my not having an appliance operating properly, and in their expertise and knowledge as to what I needed, repair, or a replacement. CHW was very reasonable with their offers of replacement cost, I was able to negotiate with them for the amount they gave me for replacement. I can honestly say that I have not had a bad experience with anyone, CHW, or service providers they send to take care of my problems, great investment.

We had our air go out and called CHW to get a repairman. We did research on the first company that was assigned to us and found out they DID NOT have a license to operate in South Carolina, so we called CHW and our case was re-assigned. The company that was first assigned was Air Services, LLC in Chapin, SC and should be removed from the prospective list of hvac technicians. We filed a complaint with the LLC. The company that DID come was Aire Serv of Central South Carolina in West Columbia, SC who did an amazing job of getting our system fixed. The technician was pleasant and professional and went straight to work and finished in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to Choice Home Warranty for re-assigning this company to us and seeing that we were serviced in a timely manner. We will be happy to refer our friends to CHW for their possible future needs. Thanks again.

My experience with CHW has been good except for the techs that have come to check out the problem with my furnace they tell me it's the thermostat and the last tech that came out told me it was working properly, but these young techs don't understand the old school thermostats that work only with heat, not heat and cool. I need someone that understands the old ones that work with only heat, I have been in my home for over 40 years so I should know if my furnace is not working the right way, the furnace I have is very old and it should be replaced wish that someone would help me out. Thank you
