On Monday, 9/10/18, I had service call for my dryer and the plumbing in the master. Both technicians called ahead like I was told - to tell me the approximate time each would arrive. The technician for the dryer did a thorough evaluation, answering all my questions as he went along. The plumber (and helper) looked at the bathroom sink in the master and did necessary adjustment so the water will now go out rapidly when I lift the rod. I am very satisfied with the politeness and professionalism of the technicians that Choice Home Warranty uses. I will speak favorfably of CHW when any of my friends ask about a warranty service for their appliances. WW Snellville, GA

I am so impressed with how quickly, your Account Specialist, Rachel A, responded to my inquiry on your Website! She responded to my inquiry within 8 minutes! Also, Rachel impressed me as being the most professional and caring person whom I have ever had the pleasure to work with! She assisted me with changing the current warranty we have, with Old Republic, to Choice Home Warranty, along with starting a brand new policy on our Residence! Rachel took the time to carefully explain everything to me. She made sure that my wife and I completely understood the policy options. Rachel did not pressure us. I was having a problem with my water heater. I called CHW and within hours , they set up an appointment with a tech to have it looked at. I was not happy with the appointment, but CHW included a phone number to the company that was having the tech come out. I called the company and they were gracious enough to send a tech out on Friday instead of the following Monday because I was told by the person I spoke with who had a problem like mine and it was no fun not having hot water. The Tech showed up at about 6PM. I gave him the money for the service call and within a hour or less my water heater was up and providing my household with refreshing hot water ( you don't know what you have until you no longer have it. Our Air Conditioner stopped working on Monday evening. I put in an on-line claim asking that someone could come soon because both my wife and I are elderly and have some health problems. Although the service repair man said he did not get the urgent request, he did come at noon yesterday (Tuesday). After investigating the problem, he determined that the fan motor and fan blade needed to be replaced as well as a capacitor and time-delay switch. Choice approved the repair. He took most of the unit to his shop to make sure that the fan a parts fit and were balanced properly. The job was completed by 4:30 in the afternoon, and my cost weas only the $60 service call charge. Thanks again, Choice Home Warranty!

I was contacted by Choice Home Warranty yesterday and spoke with agent Terry. He was very informative and explained the policy coverages and exclusions. He gave me a quote with the annual premiums and my options for payment. Throughout the entire conversation he was extremely polite, helpful and very pleasant. He is certainly an asset to your organization. Having been in sales ( I was an insurance agent for over 40 years) myself, I know how important it is to treat your client with respect and to answer questions that perhaps you might not think are important, but they are important to your client. Terry was certainly a perfect representative and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I had been considering a home warranty policy for some time and after speaking with this agent I did purchase the policy for an extended period when I realized I could actually "take the policy" with me if I moved to another house I purchased, or I could "transfer" the policy to the new buyer if I sold my home. Getting the policy just seemed like a win, win situation. If all customer service is as good as my experience with this agent I will indeed be a happy customer.

I sent a review yesterday but I do not think it went through. I had the pleasant experience of purchasing a six year program and I did it because of the professional manner Mr. Jake R handled himself. He was a true Pro. All my questions were answered immediately and the man definitely knows the product he is selling. I was more than comfortable with him. Dealing with him also proved t be quick because of his knowledge. There wasn't any..."I'll have to put you on hold to get an answer." He knew the answer. I hope all your associates are as professional as Mr. R. If so, he is what makes your company number one. He should be recognized for his dedication to your Corporation!

Filed my first claim for my A/C. The a/c was only 3 years old and had a recent inspection. Despite having all the documentation, they denied my claim. Calling customer service will only get you a call center in another country and they are hard to understand with a prewritten transcript of what they can say. Horrible service. Terrible company.

DO NOT.... I REPEAT... DO NOT GO WITH CHOICE HOME WARRANTY!!! THEY LOOK FOR WAYS TO DENY CLAIMS, EVEN IF WHAT IS SUBMITTED IS COVERED VERBATIM IN THE POLICY COVERAGE!!! THEY REPEATEDLY REFUSED TO WORK WITH CLIENT TO ACCEPT PART OF THE CLAIM COVERED UNDER THE POLICY!!! SO DISAPPOINTING.
