They are really helpful. Hassle free when we filed a claim on our 20 year old washer. They mailed me a check in 3 weeks to replace it since the repair guy said it is unfixable! We are very pleased with choice home warranty!

They have put in two claims and so far there have been no issues. The only negative is the pay out was kind of low to replace the dishwasher. It is usually pretty quick, though t was hard to get a hold of the claims person with the dishwasher.

I had a frustrating experience with customer service. They offered a gift certificate for a delayed replacement, which took far too long. Additionally, my hot water heater was leaking, and my washer broke. They promised a gift certificate for the washer but failed to communicate the lengthy wait time. Overall, I’m disappointed with the lack of timely support.

It covers everything that's necessary to run a household and the service fee is reasonable. The process was ok but the fact that there are no individuals to speak to regarding claims is frustrating. I used them for the first time in almost 3 years. The process was smooth but I had some questions unanswered because there was no one to speak too.

i have used them for my main house and a weekend property, i have had good experience with my main house (plumbing and air conditioning) both were fixed on time with no issues. However, they couldn't fix the refrigerator and the payment for a replacement was not to my satisfaction

The first technician came out twic and did nt resolve the issue with my A/C. So Choice sent out a technician from another company, who qiuckly knew what the problem was and resolved the issue. I was noot happy that I had to pay three service charges for the same problem.

It would be better or more convenient if the technicians that they had get requests done within the twenty four hour frame and not make the customer wait. Choice answers quick and give me the claim number and everything and the technician approved it but getting the technician was hard.

Called to request an appointment to have air conditioner checked. Given an appointment by choice warranty but when we contacted the company we were told they knew nothing about it. Said they would come out in a week from 9 am to 6 pm. We waited all day and no one showed up. Called them the next day and was told they just received request and would be out in 1 week. We are in our 80s and just happy that our AC is still running. Very disappointed in this service.
