They are very efficient. Once the call has been made, they are very prompt about getting somebody out to fix the issue. When our AC coil went out, a contractor had been contacted within two days. They came out to the house and replaced the coil quickly.

They are reasonably good. I had an experience recently when my microwave quit working. Initially they didn't want to service it because they considered it a countertop unit, even though it was a built in microwave unit. Eventually they agreed to fixing it and it got resolved. In the end that was a good experience.

So far it has been mixed. Most of the time it has been good, only one time it took very long for them to find somebody to provide me service. My drain was clogged in one of the bathrooms, so I called them. They were trying to send somebody but couldn't find any one. It took a week or more to get that fixed. You know, there are some things that are not covered that I didn't know because I did not read the whole contract. I've questioned why did they not cover those things, but I don't know if it is the same for other insurances.

They seem fairly good. They answer quickly when I call them. Last time I used it, it was for the bathroom, it had leaked under the sink. Landmark just dispatched the plumber out, he changed out the part that was leaking, and all was well. It gives me good value.

I got it a few years ago, and customer support has always been great. A lot of times they would set me up with a local provider for whatever I needed within 24 hours. We usually had good experiences, except for when our needs were not covered of course.

Choice quickly sets up a repair service call but the service companies don't always repair the problems quickly. It seems they put you down in the cue. This service took five days for the service company to complete but the result was fine.

Every time I contact their customer support, they've been able to contact me with a qualified representative, and have been able to follow on the job the technicians do. When I submit the request online, I usually get an answer within a few minutes, followed by a phone call telling me who was assigned to do the job I requested.

Just a few weeks ago, my AC went out, and they said it wasn't going to be covered because the unit had rust outside. I told them to cancel the service because it's expected to see rust on the outside of an A/C unit. They were able to work with me and get the unit replaced at a discounted cost, rather than just saying it wasn't covered. Everything was quite negative, but I think that at the end of the day, they did a good job working it out with me.

I chose them because they had a better rate and short response time. They couldn't find a technician the last time I had to use them, so I relied on them to refund the receipt because I had to find my own contractor. I didn't receive it, so I decided to cancel, but when I told their representatives that I wanted to cancel the service, they hung up on me! I referred a couple of my clients to Choice Home Warranty, but they ended up not getting it because their sales people are too aggressive, so this hasn't been the best experience so far.

They sent a repair company to take care of my central air, so I liked that. One thing I didn't like was the fact that they don't replace some brands. I have Whirlpool and I wanted to stay with them, but they don't replace that one. I'm not happy about that.

Dealing with their representatives has been good and bad. I was having some trouble with my dishwasher right after I purchased the policy, and they didn't want to come out because it was too soon. They finally decided to honor the policy and came out and fixed it. They actually did a good job, but the next time I called to have my refrigerator fixed. That's when I was informed they don't take care of refrigerator plumbing, so I had to go out and buy a new one. I'm afraid of calling them now because they'll probably find an excuse for not coming. Besides that, the price was good; that's actually the reason I chose them.

Each time I call, the representatives are polite and courteous. They do the job they're supposed to do. Choice Home Warranty even gave me a partial check to get a new dishwasher when my old dishwasher wasn't working properly. Overall, it's been a good experience, and I would recommend them.

My only inconvenience was a time when a plumber came over and didn't have the part he needed. He had to come back 2 days later.

Choice Home Warranty has always been fairly good with getting someone out there the next day, or at the most, a couple of days. they're pretty good, but they're not so good on telling you what's covered and what's not. I've had to call them back to see why they don't get back to me, only to find out that certain part or service isn't covered. That's not a good business practice, because they had me follow up on them, and not the other way around. Besides that, their customer support has been good, they just need to work on not putting you on hold as much.

We've used the warranty for different situations, and they contacted somebody that came out immediately. Everything has been fit to my liking, and it's all been very good. I was very upset one time though. A technician was supposed to repair my faucet, but he just came over, looked at it without even touching it, and left without doing anything. Besides that, their customer support was very good, quick, and very helpful.

Their customer support is wonderful, but it just takes them a long time to answer. I currently have an ongoing claim for a washing machine that I placed over a month ago, and it took them 2 and a half weeks to come out and diagnose the problem. and it took them another week and a half to order the parts. I even went to California and came back, and the problem is still there. It's going to take them another week to make an appointment, and we'll have to go through the process again. We've lived without my washing machine for almost 2 months now. I had the same problem at another home in a different city.

The reason I chose them was because they had a good price, and so far, I've had 3 or 4 claims that were very good. They handled them right up front. I'm only upset about my refrigerator they don't want to cover. Apparently, they don't cover seals on a refrigerator, and I don't see that anywhere in my paper work, but that's what they claim. I already called 3 times to get a hold of a supervisor, and she's never available. The service is satisfactory, but not great.

Last time I needed them, they called me back within 24 hours to set up an appointment. The local contractor came over, fixed the problem, and charged me the usual $45 fee and the rest was free. They did a good work. Overall, it's been a very good service. they've always responded in a timely manner; I'm happy to recommend them!

They've been really good. The appliances that were in the house were old and we've had several service calls, and they've always taken care of it. We've had good repair people to come over as well. The only thing I would recommend is to be sure you read the contract carefully, especially for things that are excluded.

Their customer support has been good, however, the only problem I've had is the quality of the service the technicians provide. The initially sent out a person to fix my double oven, but he couldn't fix it. They sent somebody else, and that other person said he needed somebody to help him fix it, but the warranty only covered one person, so I had to pay an additional $150 for that. Plus, it took about 3 months for the repair to be completed, so I wasn't happy about that. Besides that, they were pretty competitive in terms of the price for their services.

I chose them because I just felt like it would be something that I needed. I've always been satisfied; it has always been taken care of every time that I've ever needed them, however, it did take a few days for my service man to get back with me once they came out here. They took about 3 or 4 days before I actually got an answer as to whether or not they were going to repair my items. It was the second time that my washing machine had gone out and they didn't want to repair it because they felt like they had once repaired it before, and it was too costly for the company to repair it.

I chose to go with them after a friend told me about it. Customer support is good; they send people out to check on stuff and everything, but I don't think they live up to what they say. They say that if something goes wrong that they'll replace it but that hasn't happened. I needed to use my warranty for my stove top and they couldn't do it. It was an older stove top and they couldn't find the serial number or anything on it, so they said that they would have to replace it. But, they didn't replace it; they just sent me some money to try to cover it. A new stove top costs around $800, and all they sent me was about $230. That's not what they say in the warranty; they say we'll replace it if they can't find it or fix it; and that wasn't replacing to me.

It's been such a frustrating experience. Our dishwasher was broken for 3 months, and they had to send over a technician 8 different times, but couldn't fix it. Finally, the 2nd technician they sent refused to pay for the part that was broken, debating that they had invested too much in the dishwasher. We had to go around and around, negotiate, debate and argue with them to approve the part, which fixed the dishwasher immediately. Their customer service representatives can be very abrupt, and non-understanding at times. Also, they're not very technical, so you end up having to explain to them in laying in terms what needs to be fixed, in order to get it approved.

Their customer support is usually pretty good, but the issue is that they said they cover the hot water heater. Well, my hot water heater went out, and the covered everything except the tank, and well, the tank is what went out. Besides that' they've replaced my A/C, and given me a small portion to cover buy a new refrigerator, considering mine was too old to repair.
