Actually, I’m considering changing warranties again. I left to come to you because I had issues with them and not looking out for my best interest but their contracted providers. I had them come out twice for my garage door opener. I recently I had you guys come out. I was told that the only thing you approved to be fixed was one of the three issues.that needed repair. I had not been negligent in anyway, because the other warranty had come to take care of the other problems. I am not willing to be paying a substantial amount of money to not get the service I pay for. While you gave me a discount for having had been a previous customer to another warranty, it is of no use to me if insured items will not be fixed.

Service was quick and done by a very knowledgeable technician. He actually knew what was wrong with my range and fixed it with no part’s needed. I’m hoping this will continue if I have another claim.

Timely to respond and schedule a technician who was great! I did not like that I had to pay extra to replace an existing fixture with something that was either of the same quality or better since CW only does “builder grade” (read: basic) replacements.

i’ve used them 3 times so far, each time was no hassle. This last time was the water heater, big job, no worries. Job was done fast and it didn’t put a huge dent in my finances.

Choice Home Warranty provides good customer service overall. However, there seem to be some issues when it comes to paying for repairs or replacements, as they only cover half of the price. Additionally, the eGift card takes around 30 days to arrive, which can be quite a delay.

I've had a good experience with customer support; they're always available to help and send technicians promptly. I recently used my warranty for my washing machine, and it was fixed without issues. However, I did have a problem with a plumber sent for a clogged faucet, as the job wasn't completed. Overall, support is reliable, but service quality can vary.

Saving money for a service that can cost hundreds of dollars, is worthy. Not only that but some parts of the appliances are expensive. That comes included with the service. I have to say that this is the best decision I made

I don't like the fact that there aren't Vendors close to my location. It took a ridiculously long time for my claims to assigned. Based on what my Sales rep explained to me when I was considering purchasing a Home warranty, I expected swift attention and repair/replacement to claims submitted. In fact, I'm STILL WAITING on a resolution to my last claim placed on 10/17. STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED the egift card from Lowes for my washing machine.!! Customer service has been of NO help. Their response to my inquires is to wait until NOVEMER 26TH. If I haven't received it by then--- call back. WTH???????!!!

I had different things wrong, the companies that came for the AC and the Electrical. They were amazing very professional and helpful walked me there everything and provided hints to keep up with maintenance. Now the gentleman that came to fix the dishwasher and the fridge. The complete opposite he was arrogant hard to talk to he talked down to the customer like if we were incompetent, and didn’t understand what he was saying. Since he arrived he was in a rush to just get out of the house. He almost didn’t even turn the breaker back on and I had to remind him.

My microwave was having issues. The first person they sent was a "no show". After a phone call to the contractor at 5:30, I was told they would be here by 7:45. NO SHOW, NO CALL. Then Choice Warranty had a difficult time locating another contractor. (I live in NJ, not in the middle of a National Forrest). When the second repair person came out, they explained it needed a new panel. Apparently that wasn't in stock, and backordered. Choice Home Warranty told me it was because of a power outage. I explained I have a whole house protector for that. After going back and forth, they agreed to give me a Lowes gift card for $190. I had NO CHOICE as to where I could use the money. The replacement for my microwave is about $350 on sale. Plus I paid $85 to the repair company. I took their offer, but feel it wasn't a good choice on my part. I'm sorry I took out a 3 year warranty.

Like the company very well. Dislike talking to a person is very difficult. And they still owe us money for our microwave. They were unable to fix it. Parts not available. Opted for "reimbursement" to go towards new microwave. Been almost a year. Still waiting on money.

Good company but follow through by service company was lengthy. Very kind and knowledgeable repairmen. They knew what my washer needed and repaired it with ease/confidence. The arrival of one of the parts was lengthy. When I called Choice about my concern, the part was sent overnight!!! Grateful!

I had a frustrating experience with the vendor they sent to my home. They replaced my garage door opener with an inferior product that isn't compatible, and they refuse to help. On a previous call, although they responded quickly, the technician didn't do the job correctly, and there was no follow-up. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the service.

I had a generally good experience with Choice Home Warranty, though there was one situation that could have been smoother. I faced an issue with my bathroom plumbing, and while there was some back and forth regarding coverage, we eventually resolved it. Overall, my satisfaction has varied, but I appreciate the eventual resolution.

I had an issue with my air conditioning not working for a couple of weeks. When I reached out, the representative was apologetic but it took too long to find a contractor. Eventually, they assured me that someone would come to assess and fix the equipment. Overall, the response was okay, but the delay was frustrating.

I had a mixed experience with their service. One time, they refused to repair my washer, citing a pest infestation due to some valve cards, despite the fact that the issue was unrelated to any pests. The washer was quite old, and I felt they should have considered that. I'm currently facing ongoing issues with my air conditioning as well, which adds to my frustration.

I had a frustrating experience with my dishwasher repair. Appointments were scheduled but no one showed up, leaving me in limbo. When I used the warranty, the contractor set a late evening appointment but also failed to arrive. It was disturbing to prepare food thinking they would come, only to be let down. Now I understand the importance of confirming with the contractor.

I've had mostly positive experiences with your services, but I faced issues with my garage door opener and washing machine that left me frustrated. While the online system is easy to use, it lacks clarity on coverage and personal interaction when needed. Overall, the service is good, but more direct communication would enhance the experience.

I had mixed experiences with the warranty service. One time, they refused to repair my washer due to a supposed pest issue, despite it being old. Overall, the service has been frustrating and inconsistent, leaving me questioning the value of the warranty.

I've had a mixed experience with Choice Warranty. While they answered my questions and resolved my pool issue without problems, I was disappointed with the customer service. I was told they don't outsource, yet I often received calls from representatives who struggled with English. What I disliked was speaking to someone who I could not understand. Nor could they understand me very well. They insisted that I could not get my own contractor after waiting over a week for this company to find someone. This was to fix a "no heat" situation in my rental when the outside temps were in the 30s. I called to customer retention, explained the situation and they quickly told me to get it fixed and that she was approving the repair, especially since I submitted a copy of the repair cost of $265.

I do not like service repair scheduled without asking me what time works. There should be a system in place where the customer can choose days and times. Service repair men are trained to say they cannot authorize a replacement of any appliance. The $75 copay should not happen if the existing problem was never resolved even after 40 days. The phone service is horrible with people not speaking the language poor connection long wait time on the phone and poor follow

Your service is good but your choice of communication with your customers is lacking. Your service providers don’t call me to see when they can come out. They just schedule a time and expect you to be home as well as figure out they’re coming by finding it in your emails.

I’m okay with what they have provided for service, for the most part. I don’t appreciate that they said my service call was cancelled, when the guy was here for an hour. He said the parts could not be ordered. They have the option of a second opinion at their cost and should have been honest with me. The second guy replaced my ice maker and so far it’s not leaking, I sure hope it stays that way. They took too long to get it fixed and my floor is ruined, which of course they don’t cover.

I feel the sales pitch was overindulged. The customer service always nice but not completed in just one call. Last claims started out as just one and ended up being forced to place another claim instead of just the original claim. Whole process included numerous calls to customer service by myself and lots of emails sent by the service provider and it took approximately 6-8 weeks. Way too long to go without central air August into October. I’m hoping next claims go more smoothly then these first 2or 3. The 1st claim was for my Bosch washing machine would have cost more then the final claim amount received. Couldn’t even purchase the Bosch base model for the 576.00 check received and this was after I disputed the claim with no satisfaction. I was told during the sales pitch that the replacements would be same brand and comparable or higher model.
