Once we put in a ticket, they usually assign the ticket to somebody. Sometimes they are hard to reach but usually once we reach them, whatever issues we have are resolved in like 24 hours. I think they can still improve.

With my last claim I put in over a month ago for the repairs and prior to that, the same repairs had to be done over, and so I had to repay again. Nobody kept me informed so I had to keep calling. I would not at all recommend. I really didn't like the people who came over because they had to come out again, so apparently they didn't do their job the first time No one kept me up to date of what was going on. I just didn't like the service.

When I told them the problem I had with my air conditioner someone got ahold of me within hours, but I had to put a claim in on the on the website too. So it was a very good and quick process. The guy who came out to fix it was a very good person. He was very knowledgeable and worked well.

I've been able to get a technician out. I have no problems with customer support. I had an issue with my plumbing. And there was not a plumber in the area. I had to fix it on my own and it came out of my pocket. We also had an issue with our AC and there was no technician that could be set up. The latest one we had an issue with was our washing machine and we had a technician out here within two days and it was fixed. If there's a technician to come out it's great but it's not great when there's no technician from the area.

My air conditioning was leaking and water was pouring into my garage and it took four days to get somebody out. The people who came were great. At least someone came but they were late. They have the best price. When I called to make the claim it was all over the phone. I said the border was leaking that was included and they didn't respond to that.

The only person I've talked to was fine. One time the technician stayed at my house for a couple of hours and it wasn't made clear to me what was happening. But in the end, the technician replaced the water heater and did a fine job. I will say when I submitted the claim on my own and was charged twice, it did not inspire a whole lot of confidence in me to try to do anything on my own. Because the blame would land on me.

Two different repair people came to fix my air conditioning and did two different repairs and neither repair fix it. And so we had to end up buying a new air conditioner and our warranty does not cover it. We just recently used our warranty twice once for our refrigerator ice maker and once purchased washer and both of those times were excellent.

Time taken to get a repair done is too long. It takes at least 2 days to get a technician scheduled to come home to check out the issue. Then after part is ordered and to get it fixed it is another 2 weeks. We have been without a working AC for 2 and half weeks. Today technician came and replaced part but the unit is still not working. Now starting over to get this fixed.

Just recently had a water heater go out. Put in a request. Technician came out and said it needed replaced. Said it would take another 3-5 days to replace it because the technician can't just go and get the new heater. CHW had to order it which takes another few days to order, get it and come out to install. 2 weeks without a hot shower, hot water to clean dishes, etc is way too long. We ended up just buying it ourselves and paying another plumber. Then two days later our A/C went out. Was going to be another week before we could even get a technician to see what was wrong. Which ended up needing to be replaced as well but didn't want to wait around anther week or two to get it done. So again we went out on our own and got it replaced. I called CHW about whether it was true that they had to purchase it and got conflicting answers. One person said that wasn't true and they would reimburse the technician. The other person said that it was true and could be another week for replacement. Point being: wow technicians, if you have approved the replacement, to go get the replacement and come back the same day to replace it. Also, to replace the water heater, if I went with CHW, would have cost me an additional $500 on top of what I paid for a yearly plan of $500. Ridiculous. Will not be renewing.

I didn't feel like I got much support, I had to do most of the leg work. I had to fight to get the work taken care of and to get a response from somebody. I have needed to use the warranty and I had to submit the claim myself. They couldn't get a plumber out here and I had to wait 24 hours or 48 hours for them to try to get somebody. I still don't know if my claim was approved. I paid 195 and I haven't heard anything out of choice warranty.

I have been with choice for two years. I have had some good experiences and some bad ones. Sometimes they put you on hold forever. One time I needed to use the warranty with my dishwasher. They had to send 3 different technicians and I had to pay the service fee each time which was like $85. And the technician fixed small things but it lead to a leak into my basement. The manager didn't answer any of my questions, he was like a robot. I'm not going to renew my service contract with them this year. I wish better people worked in their customer relations.

I had to make a lot of phone calls to get help from them. They did not approve one of my issues that I had with the wiring in the two bedrooms. They said it wasn't covered, but it was that way when I bought the house. They said it wasn't covered even though electrical was stated in the warranty, so I wasn't too impressed. But they approved my water heater and exhaust ceiling fan claim.

One time my heat air unit wouldn't stop blowing and so I placed a call and they assigned it to a technician and he came out and determined it was the fan itself on the outside unit and he replaced it. Now the unit turns on and off as it should. I'm glad I signed up with them.

I had leak in the ceiling from plumbing issue. They had to cut into the ceiling. They separated this into 2 separate claims even though the plumbers cut into the ceiling. Therefore was going to cost me $75 for each claim. Also since they made it into 2 claims it's been over month and my ceiling is still not patched up. They contracted 3 companies 2 never showed and the 3rd said he was too far away and due to gas prices he could not do the job. I contacted choice and decided to patch it up myself

I'm in the middle of a repair with choice warranty and the communication is terrible. They processed everything with the repair electronically so I've not talked to anyone. They sent out a technician very slowly. By the time the technician was ordered and they were actually able to make an appointment, it was a two week wait. And then they ordered the part which was another two week wait. And then they made an arrangement to come and do the repair but the part was not in. It has not been a good experience.

They try to help you but they have to abide by certain rules and sometimes it was awful. But it wasn't the employees' fault, it was management's fault. Every time you need to use your warranty they send you these very low quality contractors that don't have a clue as to what they're doing. When you tell them that they've been here before and they didn't fix things properly or they made it worse, they say well you have to go through this and then if it doesn't work out then you can hire your own people and then we'll see if we will reimburse you. It's just the worst company I've ever worked with. I bought the warranty for seven years but I will never go back once my seven years is done.

They are a good company for what I need. Just a few weeks ago I had to use it for my washer and I wasn't pleased because it wasn't replaced. I had to take money out of my pocket on top of what I'm already paying to them to buy a washer. It also took them forever to answer my claim and it took for a few phone calls and even calling supervisors and everything for the person that was in charge of my claim to actually call me back.

Service problems. Dates and times of appointments are made by CHW and not bye the repair company. One company wasn't coming the date given at all and another refused to come out until CHW had a supervisor call them. CaHW was to contact the later company but it's been over a week and I've heard nothing. Customer service didn't address these problems but stated they would contact the company to get things cleared up.
