Did not honor contract. A/C stopped cooling leak in capillary lines. Tech inspected said normal wear and tear. CHW (did not inspect) said it wasn’t and was not paying to fix. CHW is just a rip off.

Today is 15 days how my claim was open. First it’s was AC repair and then AC replacement. 22nd of July I paid for AC system to Choice Home Warranty company. And still waiting for AC installation because of very poor communication between Choice Home Warranty and installation company plus irresponsibility On my property I have two senior citizens living without AC already for 15 days. They are great for paying the small claims - disposal, but do not cover the large items. We had a AC unit that went bad. They said that because the line had been contaminated, they would not cover it. That is a scam. The system had NEVER been worked on - how could the contamination got inside the line. Even the repair people they send out speak very poorly of this company. I will NEVER, NEVER do business with them again. Took my money and ran.

I cancelled my Home Warranty program. My ac went out and the technician diagnosed it to be the fan motor on my air handler. Choice Home Warranty wanted to change out the whole air handler for a cost of over $4200 to me. I declined and would never recommend them for any project

They lie about coverages when you sign up. Then when you submit a claim they himhaw around from paying the claim paying only a portion or not covering at all when asked. But then they get attitude when you want your appliance replaced.

The second and third claim on the dishwasher was due to the door latch switch. The. Technician on the third claim said the door latch switch was bad and needed to be replaced. But CHW denied the repair. Perhaps I should find another warranty company
